Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Globee ("App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
Article 2. Service Description
Globee is an entertainment application that lets users chat with AI-generated personas representing different countries around the world. The App provides:
Text-based conversations with AI personas, each assigned a fictional name, personality, and country of origin
Automatic language matching, allowing users to converse in whichever language they type
A "passport" style progress tracker showing how many country personas have been unlocked
Locally stored chat history for each persona
A premium subscription that unlocks all country personas and removes advertisements
What the App Does NOT Provide. The App does NOT:
Represent real people, government officials, or any official cultural or diplomatic authority
Guarantee the factual accuracy of any statement made by an AI persona
Provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, psychological, or travel advice
Verify or fact-check content generated by the underlying AI model
Collect or require any personal account information to use the App
Article 3. Nature of AI-Generated Content (IMPORTANT)
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
All personas in Globee are fictional characters generated by artificial intelligence and are NOT real individuals, and any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental.
Responses generated by AI personas may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unintentionally misleading. AI-generated text can contain factual errors, and cultural or historical statements made by a persona should not be treated as verified fact.
Content generated within the App is intended solely for entertainment, casual conversation, and cultural curiosity. It must NOT be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice, journalism, academic research, or official government information.
The Developer does not review, moderate in real time, or guarantee the appropriateness of every individual AI-generated response, although reasonable safety measures are applied to the underlying AI service.
You may use the in-app "Report" feature to flag any response you believe is inappropriate, offensive, or inaccurate.
Article 4. In-App Subscription (Globee Premium)
Globee offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Globee Premium") purchased through the Google Play Store billing system. By purchasing Globee Premium, you acknowledge and agree that:
Subscription Benefits. Globee Premium unlocks conversations with all available country personas and removes all advertisements displayed within the App for the duration of the active subscription.
Billing and Renewal. The subscription automatically renews at the price and interval displayed at the time of purchase, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing cycle, except as required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
No Developer-Side Refunds. All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play. The Developer does not directly process payments or issue refunds; refund requests must be submitted through Google Play's refund policies.
Price Changes. The Developer reserves the right to change subscription pricing for future billing periods. Where required by law or by Google Play policy, users will be notified of price changes in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Loss of Access. If a subscription is canceled, expires, or payment fails, access to premium-only personas and the ad-free experience will end at the conclusion of the current billing period, and the App will revert to its free-tier functionality.
Article 5. Data Storage & Privacy
Local-First Chat Storage: All conversation history with AI personas is stored locally on your device only. The Developer does not collect or transmit the content of your conversations to any external server for storage.
No Account Required: The App does not require account creation, sign-up, or login of any kind, whether using the free tier or Globee Premium.
Subscription Data: Purchase and subscription status is managed by Google Play and the App's subscription infrastructure provider (Adapty) solely to verify entitlement to premium features; this data is not used for advertising or shared with unrelated third parties.
Data Deletion: You may delete locally stored chat history at any time via the in-app conversation options.
Article 6. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free-tier users and Adapty to process and manage in-app subscription purchases. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for the data practices of Google AdMob, Adapty, Google Play Billing, or any other third-party SDK included in the App.
Article 7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Use the App for lawful personal entertainment purposes only
Not treat AI persona responses as verified factual, medical, legal, financial, or professional information
Not use the App to generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, or exploitative
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, scrape, or exploit the App, its AI integration, or its data pipeline
Not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's design, code, personas, or features
Use their own judgment when relying on any information encountered through conversations with AI personas
Article 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
The Developer is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content within the App
The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including damages resulting from inaccurate AI responses, service interruption, or billing issues related to third-party payment processors
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and, where applicable, cancel your subscription through Google Play
Article 9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, persona names, and features of the App are the property of Corp. Exciting. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Article 10. Service Changes
The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App, including specific personas or subscription benefits, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Article 11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Overview
Globee ("App") is an entertainment app that lets you chat with AI-generated personas representing different countries around the world. Globee is built with a privacy-first architecture:
No account required
No conversation content stored on developer servers
All chat history remains on-device
Minimal data shared with subscription infrastructure, solely to verify premium access
Data We Collect
A. Data We DO NOT Collect
Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following on its servers:
❌ Name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers
❌ The content of your conversations with AI personas
❌ Search or chat history transmitted externally for storage
❌ Bank account or full payment card information of any kind
❌ Contacts, photos, or device personal files
❌ Exact location data (GPS)
❌ Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address)
B. Data Stored Locally (On-Device Only)
Globee stores the following only on your device:

Important: Your Conversations Never Leave Your Device for Storage
Your chat history with each AI persona is stored exclusively on your device. Corp. Exciting does not operate a server that permanently stores your conversation content. We cannot see, access, or recover your locally stored chat history under any circumstances.
Data Transmission
To generate AI persona responses, Globee sends your message text (and recent conversation context) to a Cloudflare Worker operated by the Developer, which forwards the request to a third-party AI model provider to generate a reply.
✔ Messages are transmitted only to generate a real-time response and are not stored by the Developer afterward
✔ No account information, device identifiers, or personal profiles are attached to these requests
✔ The Developer does not use message content for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than generating the requested reply
In-App Subscription Data (Globee Premium)
Globee offers an optional subscription ("Globee Premium") processed through Google Play Billing and managed using the subscription infrastructure provider Adapty. In connection with this feature:
Purchase and Entitlement Data: Adapty and Google Play process your subscription status (active, expired, canceled) and purchase timestamps solely to determine whether you have access to premium features (all country personas and ad-free experience).
No Card Details Collected by the Developer: All payment information (card numbers, billing address) is handled directly by Google Play; the Developer never receives or stores your payment card details.
Device/Anonymous Identifier: Adapty may associate an anonymous, app-generated identifier with your purchase to restore your subscription across app reinstalls on the same device or Google account. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or chat content.
Purpose Limitation: Subscription data is used exclusively to verify and manage entitlement to premium features and is not used for advertising or shared with unrelated third parties.
Advertising
Globee uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect certain device information including:
Advertising ID (GAID)
Device type and OS version
General location (country/region level)
Ad interaction data
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own Privacy Policy. Corp. Exciting does not have access to or control over the data collected by AdMob. Users who purchase Globee Premium no longer see advertisements, and ad-related data collection for those users stops accordingly.
To opt out of personalized ads: Go to your device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

👉 Uninstalling the app, or clearing a conversation in Settings, deletes the corresponding locally stored data permanently.
Security Measures
Globee uses:
Secure app sandbox storage (SharedPreferences) for chat history and app state
No server-side database of conversation content
Industry-standard subscription infrastructure (Adapty) and Google Play Billing for payment processing, neither of which exposes payment details to the Developer
Token-based authentication between the app and the Developer's Cloudflare Worker to prevent unauthorized access to the AI response service
Your Rights & Control
You can:
✔ Delete chat history → clear an individual conversation, or uninstall the app to remove all data
✔ Manage or cancel your subscription → via Google Play Store subscription settings at any time
✔ Opt out of personalized ads → via device settings
✔ Report inappropriate content → via the in-app Report feature on any AI persona message
✔ Contact us → request clarification anytime
Children's Privacy
Globee is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
International Data Processing
Globee does not transmit conversation content or personal data internationally for storage. Messages sent to generate an AI persona reply are processed transiently through the Developer's Cloudflare Worker and a third-party AI provider to produce a response, and are not retained afterward. Subscription and entitlement data may be processed internationally by Adapty and Google Play in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Ad-related data processed by Google AdMob may also be transmitted internationally in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Globee's AI personas are fictional characters, and their responses are generated in real time by an AI model. This content:
May be inaccurate, outdated, or unintentionally misleading
Is provided for entertainment and casual conversation purposes only and is NOT professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
Should not be treated as verified factual, historical, or cultural information
Corp. Exciting is not responsible for:
Decisions made based on AI-generated conversation content
The accuracy or appropriateness of every individual AI-generated response
Third-party AdMob, Adapty, or Google Play data practices
Globee is an independent entertainment app and does not represent, and is not endorsed by, any real government, country, or official cultural authority.
