1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Llama AI (the "App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. Continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Llama AI is an AI-powered chat and productivity application. Features may include AI-driven conversation, multilingual support, image input, chat history, and technical query assistance. Features are subject to change without notice.

3. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only

All content and AI-generated outputs provided by the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, legal, financial, mental health, or any other form of professional advice. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You agree not to rely on App outputs for high-stakes, time-sensitive, or professionally regulated decisions.

4. Analytics and Data Collection

The App uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (e.g., session duration, feature interactions, crash reports, general device/OS information) solely to improve App performance and user experience. Team EXCITING does not operate proprietary data servers and does not independently store your personal data. No chat content or message history is transmitted to or stored on Team EXCITING's servers. Data collected via Google Analytics is subject to Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com.

5. Local Data Storage

Certain preferences and settings may be stored locally on your device. Team EXCITING does not have access to locally stored data. Uninstalling the App may permanently delete locally stored data depending on your OS and backup configuration.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party platforms. Team EXCITING is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Accessing third-party links is governed solely by those services' respective terms and policies.

7. Device Performance and Safety

Use of the App may affect battery consumption, memory usage, network bandwidth, and device temperature. You agree to discontinue use if your device becomes excessively hot, unstable, or unsafe, and to refrain from using the App while operating a vehicle or in any situation requiring undivided attention.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or circumvent the App's systems or AI model, submit content that infringes third-party rights, or use the App as a substitute for professional or emergency services.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App are owned by or licensed to Team EXCITING. These Terms grant no right, title, or interest beyond a limited personal license to use the App as intended.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM EXCITING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEAM EXCITING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR DATA LOSS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team EXCITING and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

13. Modifications and Termination

Team EXCITING may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the App.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before submission to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed without affecting remaining provisions. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Team EXCITING regarding the App.

1. Overview

Llama AI ("the App") is an AI chat application that may support multilingual conversation, image-based questions, voice input, and chat history. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, how it is used, and what choices you have. The App is designed to minimize data collection and relies on on-device storage wherever possible.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Team EXCITING does not operate proprietary servers for user data collection. We do not collect or store on our own infrastructure:

• Name, phone number, address, or government-issued ID

• Contacts, SMS, or call logs

• Precise location data

• Payment information (handled entirely by the app store)

• Chat content or message history

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App may store the following locally on your device to provide a consistent experience:

• App preferences (language, UI settings)

• Chat preferences (e.g., history on/off, display settings)

• Basic in-app confirmations or acknowledgements

Locally stored data is managed by your device's OS. Uninstalling the App typically removes this data, subject to your OS behavior and backup settings.

4. User Content You Provide

When you type messages, upload images, or use voice input, the App processes that content solely to generate responses and deliver the features you request. Depending on your version and settings, processing may occur on-device or via network-based AI inference. If network-based processing is used, transmitted data may include:

• Chat text you submit

• Images you upload (if you use image features)

• Voice input audio (processed on-device via speech recognition; audio is not transmitted to Team EXCITING's servers)

• Limited device/app signals required for request handling (e.g., app version, OS version, language/region)

We do not sell your content.

5. Analytics

The App uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymized usage data for the purpose of improving App performance and user experience. This may include session duration, feature interaction patterns, crash reports, and general device and OS information. This data is collected in aggregated, anonymized form and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com. Team EXCITING does not independently store or process raw analytics data on proprietary servers.

6. Permissions

Permissions vary by OS version and features used:

• Internet: Required for network-based AI processing, external links, and analytics

• Microphone: Required only if you choose to use the voice input feature; audio is processed on-device and is not transmitted to Team EXCITING's servers

• Photos/Media: Required only if you choose to upload an image; access is limited to content you explicitly select

The App does not require access to contacts, call logs, SMS, or precise location for any core functionality.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, developer pages). When you access these links, your device connects directly to those services and their respective privacy policies apply. Team EXCITING is not responsible for third-party data practices.

8. Advertising SDKs

Certain builds of the App may include third-party advertising SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob). If present, these SDKs may process your Advertising ID (AAID/IDFA), basic device information, and general usage signals for ad delivery and measurement. Team EXCITING does not receive or store raw advertising identifiers on its own servers. If your build is not ad-supported, these SDKs may not be present. You may reset or limit your Advertising ID and ad personalization via your device settings.

9. Data Retention

• On-device data: Retained until you change, reset, or uninstall the App

• Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics' data retention policies

• Advertising data (if applicable): Governed by the respective third-party provider's policies

• Chat and voice content: Not retained by Team EXCITING; on-device only unless network-based processing is in use

10. Security

The App relies on platform-level protections including sandboxed app storage, OS permission controls, and HTTPS encrypted transport for all network requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; however, Team EXCITING follows reasonable industry-standard security practices.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of consent required by local law. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through the App, please contact us at corp.exciting@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

12. Your Rights and Choices

You may at any time:

• Change language and app preferences in Settings

• Disable or limit features such as chat history where available

• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data

• Manage app permissions via your device settings

• Reset or limit your Advertising ID via device settings (if ads are enabled)

• Decline to open third-party links

As Team EXCITING does not store personal data on its own servers, we are unable to fulfill server-side deletion requests for data we do not hold. For data processed by third parties (e.g., Google Analytics, ad SDKs), please refer to the respective provider's policy and opt-out mechanisms.

13. International Data Transfers

If third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, ad networks) process data on servers outside your country, such transfers are governed by those providers' terms and applicable legal safeguards.

14. GDPR and CCPA Disclosures

• GDPR (EU/EEA): Where required, consent for analytics or advertising processing is managed through third-party consent mechanisms. You may withdraw consent at any time via device settings.

• CCPA/CPRA (California): Team EXCITING does not sell personal information. Third-party SDKs (if present) operate under their own policies. You may opt out of ad personalization via your device's Advertising ID settings.

15. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect feature changes, legal requirements, or third-party policy changes. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
