Llama AI (the “App”) is an AI-powered chat and productivity app that helps users explore information and generate responses through interactive conversations. Features may include:
AI chat for questions, explanations, brainstorming, and general conversation
Multilingual conversation support (“In Your Language”)
Image input features (e.g., upload a photo to ask questions or search more accurately)
Chat history access (view, revisit, and continue prior conversations)
Support for science, math, and coding-style questions
Basic in-app guidance and usage tips

All content and experiences provided by the App (including responses, summaries, suggestions, or generated text) are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute or replace professional advice, including (without limitation):

The App does not guarantee any specific outcomes, accuracy, completeness, or user satisfaction. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Depending on your device and usage patterns, AI processing, media handling, and rendering may increase battery usage, memory usage, network usage, device temperature, or performance load. Users agree to:
use the App with appropriate device settings and connectivity
take breaks during prolonged use
stop using the App if the device becomes unusually hot, unstable, or unsafe
use the App safely and responsibly (e.g., not while driving or in unsafe situations)
By using the App, you agree to:
use the App lawfully and responsibly
avoid abusive, harmful, or unlawful use (including attempts to exploit, disrupt, or misuse the service)
not rely on the App as a substitute for professional services or urgent decision-making

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team EXCITING is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App, including (without limitation):
reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpreted AI outputs
device heat, battery drain, performance degradation, network usage, or temporary instability
losses or issues resulting from using the App for professional, urgent, or high-stakes decisions
Users are solely responsible for how they use the App and their device settings.
Team EXCITING may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Terms may be updated; continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that the App is informational/entertainment-oriented, that outputs are not guaranteed, and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Llama AI (“Llama AI”, “the App”) is an AI chat app that may support multilingual conversation, image-based questions, and chat history. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, how it is used, and what choices you have.

The App is designed to minimize data collection and primarily uses on-device storage for settings where possible.
A) Data We Do NOT Collect (by Team EXCITING servers)
Llama AI is designed to avoid collecting or storing personal data on Team EXCITING servers whenever possible. We do not operate a required user account system (unless a specific build introduces it), and we do not ask for:
Name, phone number, address, government ID
Contacts, SMS, call logs
Precise location data
Payment information (handled by app stores)
B) Data Stored Locally on Your Device (On-device only)
The App may store the following locally to provide a smoother experience:
App preferences (language, basic UI settings)
Chat preferences (e.g., history on/off, display settings if implemented)
Basic confirmations (e.g., notices acknowledgement, if implemented)
Note: If you uninstall the App, locally stored app data is typically removed with it (depending on OS behavior and backups).
C) User Content You Provide (Chat Text / Images)
When you type messages or upload images, the App processes that content to generate responses and provide features you request. Depending on the version/build and your settings, processing may occur:
On-device (local processing), and/or
Via network-based AI inference services (where your device transmits your input to generate outputs).
If network-based processing is used, transmitted data may include:
chat text you submit
images you upload (if you choose to use image features)
limited device/app signals necessary for request handling (e.g., app version, OS version, language/region)
We do not sell your chat content.
D) External Links (Settings)
The App may include links to third-party destinations such as:

YouTube / Instagram / TikTok
“Our Apps” collection page
Telegram (alerts / announcements)
When you open these links:
your device connects directly to the third-party service,
that service may collect data (e.g., IP address, device info, account data if you log in),
their policies apply, not ours.
E) Advertising / Analytics SDKs (If Enabled in Your Build)
Llama AI may have multiple builds/versions. If you distribute a free, ad-supported build, it may include advertising/analytics SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob). These third parties may process:
Advertising ID (AAID / IDFA)
Basic device info (model, OS version, language/region)
General app usage signals needed for ad delivery/measurement
Team EXCITING does not receive or store raw advertising identifiers on its own servers; processing is handled by the third-party SDK according to their policies. If your build is not ad-supported, these SDKs may not be present.
We process data only to:
run core app features (chat responses, image-based questions, and requested outputs)
store your preferences locally (for convenience)
open external links you choose to tap
(if enabled) deliver and measure ads in ad-supported builds
We do not sell personal data.
Permissions vary by OS and features used:
Internet: to open external links and/or run network-based AI processing and/or load ads (if enabled)
Photos/Media (optional): only if you choose to upload an image for a feature (OS-controlled picker/permission behavior may vary)
The App does not require access to contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, or precise location for core functionality.
On-device data (preferences): retained until you change/reset it, clear app data (if supported), or uninstall the App.
User content (chat/image inputs): retention depends on whether your version/build uses local-only or network-based processing, and whether history is enabled.
Third-party ads/analytics (if enabled): retention (if any) is governed by the third-party provider’s policies.
Llama AI relies on platform protections such as:
sandboxed app storage
OS permission controls
encrypted transport (HTTPS) for external link requests and network-based processing (where supported)
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to follow reasonable security practices.

You can:
change language and app preferences in Settings
disable/limit certain features if provided (e.g., history options, if implemented)
uninstall the App to remove local data
manage network permissions via device settings
reset/limit advertising ID (AAID/IDFA) and ad personalization via device settings (if ads are enabled)
choose not to open third-party links
If you request deletion of data that we do not store on our servers, we may be unable to fulfill server-side deletion requests (because we do not have the data). For third-party processing (e.g., ads/analytics), you may need to review the provider’s policy.
If an ad network or third-party service processes data on servers located outside your country, your data may be transferred internationally under that provider’s terms and safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy due to:
