1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tip Calc Pro (the "App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App. Continued use of the App after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Tip Calc Pro is a free utility app that helps users calculate tips, split bills evenly among a group, and divide itemized receipts among multiple people. Features include category-based tip presets, per-item bill splitting, calculation history, and a simple, ad-supported interface. Features may change without prior notice.

3. Informational Purpose Only

Tip Calc Pro is provided for general convenience and informational purposes only. Calculations produced by the App (tip amounts, split totals, per-person shares, etc.) are estimates based on the values you enter. Team EXCITING does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation and is not responsible for any discrepancy between the App's output and actual amounts owed, charged, or paid. Users are responsible for verifying all amounts before making any payment.

4. No Financial or Payment Services

Tip Calc Pro does not process payments, transfer funds, or connect to any bank, card, or payment platform. The App is a calculator only. Any actual payment, transfer, or settlement between users must be arranged independently through other means.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

(a) Data We Collect The only data collected by the App is a device identifier used solely for the purpose of serving in-app advertising. This identifier is processed by third-party advertising providers and is used exclusively for ad delivery.

(b) Data We Do Not Collect Tip Calc Pro does not collect, store, transmit, or share:

• Your location or GPS data

• Your calculation history or in-app activity beyond what is stored locally on your device

• Any personal information beyond the advertising device identifier described above

• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data

(c) Third-Party Advertising The App displays advertisements served by third-party advertising providers. These providers may collect device identifiers for ad-targeting purposes under their own privacy policies. Team EXCITING does not control the data practices of these third-party advertising providers.

6. Local Data Storage

All data related to the App — including bill amounts, tip percentages, split configurations, and calculation history — is stored locally on your device only (using on-device local storage). Team EXCITING has no access to this locally stored data. Uninstalling the App may permanently delete this local data, depending on your device's operating system and backup settings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the App only in a lawful and appropriate manner. The following actions are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, exploiting, or attempting to circumvent the App's systems

• Using the App in situations requiring your full attention, such as while operating a vehicle

• Relying on the App as a substitute for professional financial, accounting, or tax advice

• Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to social media pages or external websites (including our Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram channels). Team EXCITING is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party services linked from the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App are owned by, or licensed to, Team EXCITING. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose only, and do not convey any other rights, title, or interest.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team EXCITING disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Team EXCITING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on any calculation produced by the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team EXCITING and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the App, or your use of the App's results in any transaction with a third party.

13. Changes and Termination

Team EXCITING may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct discussion.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Team EXCITING regarding the App.

1. Overview

Tip Calc Pro (the "App") is a tip calculator and bill-splitting app that helps you calculate tips, split bills evenly, and divide itemized receipts among a group. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices available to you. Tip Calc Pro is designed with privacy in mind and collects only the minimum data necessary for the App's ad-supported operation.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Team EXCITING does not operate any server for collecting user data. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share:

• Your name, phone number, address, or other personally identifiable information

• Your location or GPS data

• Your calculation history, bill amounts, or split configurations (these stay on your device only)

• Contacts, SMS, call logs, or payment/financial account information

• Usage analytics, behavioral data, or crash reports

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device to provide the App's functionality:

• Bill amounts, tip percentages, and people counts you enter

• Split-by-item configurations (item names, amounts, and person assignments)

• Calculation history

• App settings and preferences (default tip percentage, tax-on-tip toggle, etc.)

All of this local data is managed entirely by your device's operating system. Team EXCITING has no means of accessing this data at any time. Uninstalling the App may delete all local data, depending on your device's OS behavior and backup settings.

4. Advertising and Device Identifiers

The App displays advertisements served by a third-party advertising provider (Google AdMob). For the sole purpose of ad delivery, the advertising provider may process your device's advertising identifier (Android AAID / iOS IDFA) and basic device information. This is the only data collection that occurs in connection with the App.

Team EXCITING does not receive, access, or store your advertising identifier or any ad-related data on its own servers. All handling of advertising data is governed entirely by the third-party advertising provider's own privacy policy.

You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized advertising at any time from your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

5. App Permissions

Tip Calc Pro requests the following device permission:

• Internet: Required to deliver advertisements.

Tip Calc Pro does not request access to contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, camera, location, or any other permission beyond the one listed above.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may include links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Telegram. If you access these links, your device connects directly to those services, and their respective privacy policies will apply. Team EXCITING is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party service.

7. Data Retention

• On-device data: Retained until you delete individual entries, reset the App, or uninstall it.

• Advertising data: Governed entirely by the third-party advertising provider's retention policy.

• Location data: Not applicable — the App does not collect any location data.

8. Security

Tip Calc Pro relies on platform-level protections, including sandboxed app storage, OS-level permission controls, and HTTPS encryption for any network requests (such as ad requests). Because the App is designed to transmit virtually no user data, privacy risk is kept to a minimum.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of consent required by applicable local law. If you believe a child may have used the App and transmitted data through it, please contact us at corp.exciting@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You can, at any time:

• Change app settings and preferences from within the App

• Uninstall the App to delete all locally stored data

• Reset or limit your advertising identifier from your device settings

• Decline to access any third-party links included in the App

Because Team EXCITING does not store personal data on its own servers, we are unable to fulfill server-side deletion requests for data we do not hold. For data processed by third-party advertising providers, please refer to their respective policies and opt-out procedures.

11. GDPR and CCPA Disclosures

GDPR (EU/EEA): Team EXCITING does not process personal data on its own servers. Any GDPR-relevant data processing is limited to that performed by the third-party advertising provider under its own compliance framework and consent mechanisms.

CCPA/CPRA (California): Team EXCITING does not sell personal information. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's advertising identifier settings.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or third-party policy updates. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
