Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Battery Pro (the "App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description

Battery Pro is a real-time battery monitoring application designed to help users understand their device's battery status, charging performance, and electrical health data.

The App provides:

• Real-time battery level, voltage, current, and temperature monitoring

• Charging speed detection and fast charge session logging

• Estimated time-to-full and time-to-empty predictions based on real-time current readings

• Charger and cable comparison tools with customizable charger profiles

• Battery health tips and electrical performance analysis

• Local storage of battery history, charger profiles, and session logs via device storage only

• Fully offline operation with no account or login required

What the App does NOT provide:

• The App does NOT guarantee the accuracy of any battery reading, as all data is dependent on sensor information reported by your device's operating system

• The App does NOT repair, modify, or directly control your device's battery, charging hardware, or operating system

• The App does NOT guarantee specific charge time predictions, as estimates vary by device, charger, temperature, and usage conditions

• The App does NOT represent or speak on behalf of any smartphone manufacturer, charger brand, carrier, or platform provider

• The App is NOT a substitute for professional device repair or battery replacement services

Article 3. Content Disclaimer

All features, designs, visual elements, and content within Battery Pro are created exclusively by Corp. Exciting.

You acknowledge that:

• Battery Pro is an independent monitoring tool and is NOT affiliated with Apple, Google, Samsung, or any other device manufacturer, operating system provider, or carrier

• Charger profiles and comparison data included in the App are for general informational and reference purposes only and do not constitute endorsement of any brand or product

• All charge time estimates and battery predictions are approximations based on real-time sensor readings and may not reflect actual device behavior

• Users are solely responsible for their own use of and decisions made based on the App's data and content

Article 4. Data Storage & Privacy

Local Data Storage All user data including battery history snapshots, charger profiles, session logs, and app settings is stored locally on your device only using the device's standard local storage system. The Developer does not collect, store, or transmit this data to any external server.

No Personal Data Collection

• The App does not require account registration or login

• The App does NOT collect personally identifiable information (PII)

• The App does NOT collect, store, or transmit activity data, behavioral data, or usage history to any server

• The App does NOT use artificial intelligence services that process your personal data

• The App does NOT access any data beyond battery sensor information made available by your device's operating system

Advertising & Device ID The App may transmit your device's advertising ID solely for the purpose of serving advertisements through third-party ad networks. This is the only data transmitted externally. No other personal, behavioral, or activity data is collected, stored, or shared for any purpose.

Data Usage Restrictions The Developer does NOT:

• Collect, store, or transmit any personal identification data beyond the advertising ID described above

• Sell or share user data with third parties for commercial profiling purposes

• Use battery data, session data, or behavioral patterns for any analytics or advertising profiling

• Store any user preferences, battery history, or charger profiles on external servers

Article 5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services including:

• External distribution platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store)

• Third-party advertising networks (for ad delivery via device advertising ID only)

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for their practices. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings.

Article 6. Accuracy of Battery Data

Battery Pro reads sensor data made available by your device's operating system. The Developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in the App, including but not limited to:

• Battery level percentage

• Voltage and current readings

• Temperature values

• Charge time estimates

• Charger wattage calculations

Actual values may differ from those reported by your device's sensors. Users should not make critical decisions including decisions related to device safety or battery replacement based solely on data provided by this App. If you suspect a battery malfunction, contact your device manufacturer or a qualified repair professional.

Article 7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or exploit the App or its content

• Understand that the App is an informational tool and not a professional diagnostic, repair, or safety service

• Take full responsibility for any decisions made based on data or information provided by the App

Article 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

• The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App

• The Developer is not liable for any device damage, data loss, or battery issues that may occur during or after use of the App

• The Developer makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the App

• The Developer is not responsible for inaccuracies in battery sensor data reported by your device's operating system

Article 9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, visual elements, features, and data presentations within the App are the property of Corp. Exciting. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any App content is strictly prohibited.

Article 10. Service Changes

The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any features including monitoring functions, charger comparison data, or any other App content at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. The most current version will always be available within the App or on the Developer's website.

Article 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

1. Overview

Battery Pro ("App") is a real-time battery monitoring application developed by Exciting.

Battery Pro is built with a privacy-first architecture:

• No account required

• No AI services used

• No personal data stored on developer servers

• All battery history, charger profiles, and settings remain on-device only

• No activity data or user input is transmitted to external servers

• The only external data transmission is your device's advertising ID, used solely for ad delivery

2. Data We Collect

A. Data We DO NOT Collect

Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following:

❌ Name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers ❌ Access to your device files, contacts, photos, or camera ❌ Exact location data (GPS) ❌ Device identifiers such as IMEI or MAC address ❌ Battery session history or behavioral patterns on any external server ❌ Charger profiles or custom data on any external server ❌ Any data processed through artificial intelligence or machine learning services

C. Advertising ID

The App transmits your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) solely for the purpose of delivering advertisements through third-party ad networks. This is the only data transmitted externally.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalization

3. How the App Works

Battery Pro operates entirely on-device for all core monitoring functions:

• All battery data is read from sensor information made available by your device's operating system

• All calculations — including charge time estimates, wattage, and temperature analysis — are performed locally on your device

• No internet connection is required to use any core monitoring feature

• No battery data, session data, or user behavior is transmitted to any server during normal app usage

• The App does NOT use artificial intelligence of any kind

4. Third-Party Services

Battery Pro relies on the following third-party services:

Distribution Platforms

• Google Play Store (Android distribution)

• Apple App Store (iOS distribution)

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Corp. Exciting is not responsible for their data practices.

Advertising Networks The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may receive your device's advertising ID for the purpose of delivering ads. No other personal or behavioral data is shared with these networks by Corp. Exciting.

No third-party analytics SDKs, crash tracking tools beyond platform defaults, or behavioral tracking libraries are integrated into Battery Pro.

6. Security Measures

Battery Pro protects your data through:

• Secure app sandbox storage for all on-device data

• No server-side user database of any kind

• No persistent logging of user activity on external servers

• No network transmission of battery or session data

• No use of third-party analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs

• Cleartext network traffic disabled via Android network security configuration

7. Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your data at all times:

✔ Delete all data → Uninstall the app ✔ Clear battery history → Use the Clear History option in Settings ✔ Delete charger profiles → Remove individually via the Charger screen ✔ Opt out of personalized ads → Via your device's advertising settings ✔ Contact us → Request clarification or raise privacy concerns at any time

8. Protection of Children's Personal Information

Battery Pro is suitable for all ages and contains no age-restricted content. We do not collect personal data from any users, including children under the age of 13.

The App does not:

• Require account registration

• Request any personal information from users of any age

• Collect or store any identifying data from children

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at corp.exciting@gmail.com. When children use the App, parental guidance is recommended.

9. International Data Processing

Battery Pro does not transmit user data internationally or to any external servers operated by Corp. Exciting. All core app functionality is performed locally on your device.

The only external transmission — your advertising ID — is handled by third-party ad networks operating under their own international data policies. Corp. Exciting does not control or access this data once transmitted.

10. Accuracy of Battery Data

Battery Pro reads sensor data made available by your device's operating system. Corp. Exciting does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any displayed values, including battery level, voltage, current, temperature, or charge time estimates. These values depend entirely on the sensors and reporting systems built into your device. Users should not make critical safety or repair decisions based solely on data provided by this App.

11. Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect:

• Legal or regulatory changes

• New features or monitoring capabilities added to the App

• Changes to third-party ad network integrations

• Improvements to local data handling

Updates will be communicated via:

• App Store or Google Play listing description

• In-app notice where applicable

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer

Battery Pro is an independent battery monitoring application and does NOT:

• Use artificial intelligence or AI-generated content

• Repair, control, or modify your device's battery or charging hardware

• Guarantee the accuracy of any battery sensor reading

• Collect, store, or transmit personal data beyond the advertising ID described in this policy

• Represent or speak on behalf of any device manufacturer, charger brand, carrier, or platform provider

Corp. Exciting is not responsible for:

• Any decisions made based on battery data or information displayed in the App

• Device damage or battery issues arising from use of the App

• The data practices of third-party advertising networks

• Platform-level data handling by Google Play or Apple App Store
