Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application RainDrop ("App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description
RainDrop is a premium rain and nature sound app designed to help users sleep better, focus deeper, and relax instantly. The App provides:

HD quality rain, thunder, wind, and nature soundscapes
A custom sleep timer to automatically stop playback
Volume control and an intuitive, minimal player interface
Support for multiple languages including English, French, Japanese, Latin, and Korean

What the App Does NOT Provide
The App does NOT:

Stream or download audio from external servers during playback
Collect, store, or transmit personal user data to any server
Provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical sleep treatment
Guarantee specific sleep, focus, or relaxation outcomes

Article 3. Audio Content Disclaimer
All audio content included in RainDrop is bundled within the App. You acknowledge that:

All soundscapes are provided for personal relaxation and entertainment purposes only
The App is NOT affiliated with any third-party audio platforms or streaming services
The Developer does not guarantee specific audio quality outcomes across all devices
Playback experience may vary depending on device hardware and speaker quality

Article 4. Sleep Timer & Notification Limitations
The App provides a local sleep timer function. You acknowledge that:

Timer accuracy may vary depending on device settings and battery optimization
The Developer does not guarantee precise timer behavior across all Android devices and OS versions
Users should not rely solely on the sleep timer for critical scheduling needs
The Developer is not responsible for unintended continued playback resulting from timer inaccuracies

Article 5. Data Storage & Privacy

Local Data Storage
All user preferences including selected sounds, volume settings, timer settings, and language preferences are stored locally on your device only. The Developer does not store personal user data on external servers.

No External Data Transmission
RainDrop does not transmit any personal information or usage data to any server or third party. All app functionality operates entirely on-device.

No Personal Identification

The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII)
The Developer does not have the ability to identify users as individuals
No account, login, or registration is required to use the App

Data Usage Restrictions
The Developer does NOT:

Sell or share personal data
Use user data for advertising or profiling
Store user data on external servers

Article 6. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. The Developer is not responsible for the data practices of Google AdMob or any other third-party SDK included in the App.

Article 7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

Use the App for lawful personal purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any audio content included in the App
Use their own judgment regarding the suitability of the App for their personal needs

Article 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
The Developer is not responsible for any health, sleep, or productivity outcomes resulting from use of the App
The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

Article 9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, audio assets, and features of the App are the property of Corp. Exciting. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any App content is strictly prohibited.

Article 10. Service Changes
The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following on its servers:

❌ Name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers

❌ Listening history or sound preferences transmitted externally

❌ Bank account or payment information of any kind

❌ Contacts, photos, or device personal files

❌ Exact location data (GPS)

❌ Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address)

❌ Any usage data or analytics

Advertising

RainDrop uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information including:

Advertising ID (GAID)

Device type and OS version

General location (country/region level)

Ad interaction data

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own Privacy Policy. Corp. Exciting does not have access to or control over the data collected by AdMob.

To opt out of personalized ads, you can:

Sleep Timer

RainDrop's sleep timer operates entirely on-device using local scheduling. No timer data or usage information is transmitted to any external server.
