These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Romantica - AI Romance Novel Writer (the "App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description
Romantica is an AI-powered romance story creator designed to help users generate immersive, personalized romance novels based on their chosen genre, characters, and preferences.

The App provides:

• AI-generated romance story chapters based on user-selected settings

• Genre, character, personality, and spice level customization

• Tools to continue, rewrite, edit, and save story chapters

• A personal story library stored on your device

What the App Does NOT Provide
The App does NOT:

• Act as a dating service, matchmaking platform, or social network

• Send messages or content on behalf of users

• Guarantee specific story outcomes or quality

• Provide psychological, emotional, or relationship counseling services

Article 3. Content & Age Restriction Disclaimer
The App may generate romantic and adult-oriented content based on user-selected spice levels.
You acknowledge that:

• Romantica is intended for users aged 18 and older

• All generated content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only

• The App is NOT affiliated with any real persons, brands, or events depicted in generated stories

• The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content

• Users are solely responsible for how they use and share generated content

Article 4. AI Service & Limitations
The App uses AI technology to generate romance story content.
You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected outputs

• Outputs are provided for entertainment and creative purposes only

• Results may vary depending on user input and selected settings

• The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

Article 5. Data Storage & Privacy

1. Local Data Storage
   All user data — including saved stories, character settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device only. The Developer does not store personal user data on its servers.

2. AI Processing
   To provide AI functionality:

• Only the text of user inputs and story settings may be processed

• This data is handled in an anonymized form without direct personal identifiers

• Text may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for story generation

3. No Personal Identification

• The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly provided

• The Developer does not have the ability to identify users as individuals

• Third-party AI services do not receive identifiable user identity data

4. Data Usage Restrictions
   The Developer does NOT:

• Sell or share personal data

• Use user data for advertising profiling

• Store user stories or inputs on external servers

Article 6. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including:

Article 7. User Responsibilities

• The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

Article 9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of the App are the property of Corp. Exciting.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
AI-generated stories created within the App are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially without prior consent.

Article 10. Service Changes
The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

• Only minimal anonymized text is processed for AI functionality

Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following on its servers:

• ❌ Access to your personal messages, chats, or social media accounts

• ❌ Contacts, photos, or device personal files

• ❌ Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address)

• ❌ Story content or inputs on any external server

3. Forwarded to a third-party AI provider (e.g., Groq)

4. Generated story content is returned to your device

Important Clarifications

• ✔ Corp. Exciting does NOT store your story inputs on its servers

• ✔ Corp. Exciting does NOT use your data to train AI models

• ✔ Corp. Exciting does NOT log your story content
