Article 1. Purpose These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application ToolBox (the "App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description ToolBox is a sensor-powered utility application designed to provide users with access to real-time measurement and field tools using their device's built-in sensors.

The App provides:

• Real-time compass with live degree and cardinal direction display

• Sound level monitoring with decibel measurement

• Bubble level using device accelerometer for pitch and roll detection

• Flashlight with SOS Morse code signal functionality

• World clock displaying live time across 40+ major cities

• Camera-based distance estimation tool

• EMF detector using device magnetometer sensor

What the App does NOT provide:

• The App does NOT guarantee the accuracy of any sensor reading, as all data depends on sensor information reported by your device's operating system

• The App does NOT repair, modify, or directly control any hardware component of your device

• The App does NOT guarantee specific measurement accuracy, as results vary by device model, sensor quality, and environmental conditions

• The App does NOT represent or speak on behalf of any smartphone manufacturer, carrier, or platform provider

• The App is NOT a substitute for professional measurement equipment or safety instruments

Article 3. Content Disclaimer All features, designs, visual elements, and content within ToolBox are created exclusively by Corp. Exciting. You acknowledge that:

• ToolBox is an independent utility tool and is NOT affiliated with Apple, Google, Samsung, or any other device manufacturer, operating system provider, or carrier

• All sensor-based measurements including distance, EMF, and sound levels are approximations and may not reflect precise real-world values

• Users are solely responsible for their own use of and decisions made based on the App's data and content

• The App is intended for general informational and everyday utility purposes only and should not be used as a replacement for certified professional instruments

Article 4. User Responsibilities Users agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or exploit the App or its content

• Understand that the App is an informational and utility tool and not a professional diagnostic or safety service

• Take full responsibility for any decisions made based on data or information provided by the App

• Ensure appropriate device permissions (microphone, camera, location) are granted where required for specific tool functionality

• Not use the App in situations where inaccurate readings could result in harm or safety risk

Article 5. Accuracy of Sensor Data ToolBox reads sensor data made available by your device's operating system. The Developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in the App, including but not limited to:

• Compass heading and direction readings

• Decibel and sound level measurements

• Device tilt, pitch, and roll values

• Camera-based distance estimations

• Electromagnetic field intensity readings

Actual values may differ from those reported by your device's sensors. Users should not make critical decisions based solely on data provided by this App. If you require precise measurements, please use certified professional instruments.

Article 6. Third-Party Services The App may rely on third-party services including:

• External distribution platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store)

• Third-party advertising networks (for ad delivery via device advertising ID only)

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for their practices. Users may opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings.

Article 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

• The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App

• The Developer is not liable for any device damage or data loss that may occur during or after use of the App

• The Developer makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the App

• The Developer is not responsible for inaccuracies in sensor data reported by your device's operating system

• The Developer is not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on App measurements in real-world situations

Article 8. Intellectual Property All content, design, code, visual elements, features, and data presentations within the App are the property of Corp. Exciting. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any App content is strictly prohibited.

Article 9. Service Changes The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any features including sensor tools, measurement functions, or any other App content at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 10. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. The most current version will always be available within the App or on the Developer's website.

Article 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

1. Overview ToolBox ("App") is a sensor-powered utility application developed by Corp. Exciting. ToolBox is built with a privacy-first architecture:

• No account required

• No AI services used

• No personal data stored on developer servers

• All app settings and preferences remain on-device only

• No activity data or user input is transmitted to external servers

• The only external data transmission is your device's advertising ID, used solely for ad delivery

All sensor data is processed entirely on your device in real time. Corp. Exciting does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any sensor readings or measurement data with any party, including third-party services, analytics providers, or advertising networks. No sensor data ever leaves your device.

3. Data We Collect A. Data We DO NOT Collect Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following:

• Name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers

• Location data, compass readings, or magnetometer data

• Microphone recordings or sound level data

• Camera images, video, or distance measurement results

• Accelerometer or motion sensor data

• Barometric pressure or altitude readings

• Device identifiers such as IMEI or MAC address

• Any behavioral patterns, usage history, or activity logs on external servers

• Any data processed through artificial intelligence or machine learning services

B. Data Stored Locally (On-Device Only) ToolBox stores the following only on your device:

C. Advertising ID The App transmits your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) solely for the purpose of delivering advertisements through third-party ad networks. This is the only data transmitted externally. No sensor data, measurement results, or usage behavior is shared with advertising networks.

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalization

4. How the App Works ToolBox operates entirely on-device for all core functions:

• All sensor data is read from information made available by your device's operating system

• All measurements and calculations are performed locally on your device in real time

• No internet connection is required to use any core tool feature

• No sensor data, measurement results, or user behavior is transmitted to any server during normal app usage

• The App does NOT use artificial intelligence of any kind

5. Third-Party Services ToolBox relies on the following third-party services:

Distribution Platforms

• Google Play Store (Android distribution)

• Apple App Store (iOS distribution)

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Corp. Exciting is not responsible for their data practices.

Advertising Networks The App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may receive your device's advertising ID for the purpose of delivering ads. No sensor data, measurement data, personal data, or behavioral data is shared with these networks by Corp. Exciting.

No third-party analytics SDKs, crash tracking tools beyond platform defaults, or behavioral tracking libraries are integrated into ToolBox.

7. Security Measures ToolBox protects your data through:

• Secure app sandbox storage for all on-device data

• No server-side user database of any kind

• No persistent logging of user activity on external servers

• No network transmission of sensor or measurement data

• No use of third-party analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs

• Cleartext network traffic disabled via Android network security configuration

8. Your Rights & Control You have full control over your data at all times:

• Delete all data → Uninstall the app

• Revoke sensor permissions → Via your device's app permission settings at any time

• Opt out of personalized ads → Via your device's advertising settings

• Contact us → Request clarification or raise privacy concerns at any time

9. Protection of Children's Personal Information ToolBox is suitable for all ages and contains no age-restricted content. We do not collect personal data from any users, including children under the age of 13. The App does not:

• Require account registration

• Request any personal information from users of any age

• Collect or store any identifying data from children

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at corp.exciting@gmail.com. When children use the App, parental guidance is recommended.

10. International Data Processing ToolBox does not transmit user data internationally or to any external servers operated by Corp. Exciting. All core app functionality is performed locally on your device. The only external transmission — your advertising ID — is handled by third-party ad networks operating under their own international data policies. Corp. Exciting does not control or access this data once transmitted.

11. Accuracy of Sensor Data ToolBox reads sensor data made available by your device's operating system. Corp. Exciting does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any displayed values, including compass headings, sound levels, distance estimations, or electromagnetic field readings. These values depend entirely on the sensors and reporting systems built into your device. Users should not make critical safety decisions based solely on data provided by this App.

12. Privacy Policy Updates We may update this policy to reflect:

• Legal or regulatory changes

• New features or tools added to the App

• Changes to third-party ad network integrations

• Improvements to local data handling

Updates will be communicated via:

• App Store or Google Play listing description

• In-app notice where applicable

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer ToolBox is an independent utility application and does NOT:

• Use artificial intelligence or AI-generated content

• Collect, store, or share any sensor data including location, microphone, or camera data

• Repair, control, or modify any hardware component of your device

• Guarantee the accuracy of any sensor reading

• Collect, store, or transmit personal data beyond the advertising ID described in this policy

• Represent or speak on behalf of any device manufacturer, carrier, or platform provider

Corp. Exciting is not responsible for:

• Any decisions made based on measurement data or information displayed in the App

• Device damage arising from use of the App

• The data practices of third-party advertising networks

• Platform-level data handling by Google Play or Apple App Store
