DeepSync ("DeepSync", "the App") is a multi-agent AI assistant that consults multiple leading AI models simultaneously to deliver synthesized, fact-checked responses. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, how it is used, and what choices you have.
1. Overview (What the App Does)
DeepSync may provide the following features:
- Multi-agent AI chat — Llama 3.1, Llama 3.3, Qwen, and GPT debate in parallel, with Llama 4 as the final arbitrator
- Real-time agent panel showing live status of all AI models
- Automatic fact-checking and conflict resolution across model responses
- Chat history access (review past chats and ask follow-up questions)
- Multilingual conversation support
- Support for science, math, coding, and general knowledge questions
- Settings links (Privacy Policy, social channels, developer/app collection, alerts)
The App is designed to minimize data collection and primarily uses on-device storage for settings where possible.
2. Data We Collect / Process
A) Data We Do NOT Collect (by Team EXCITING servers)
DeepSync is designed to avoid collecting or storing personal data on Team EXCITING servers whenever possible. We do not operate a required user account system (unless a specific build introduces it), and we do not ask for:
- Name, phone number, address, or government ID
- Contacts, SMS, or call logs
- Precise location data
- Payment information (handled by app stores)
B) Data Stored Locally on Your Device (On-device only)
The App may store the following locally to provide a smoother experience:
- App preferences (language, basic UI settings)
- Chat history and session data (if history is enabled)
- Basic confirmations (e.g., notices acknowledgement, if implemented)
Note: If you uninstall the App, locally stored data is typically removed with it (depending on OS behavior and backups).
C) User Content You Provide (Chat Text)
When you type messages, the App processes that content to generate responses via the multi-agent pipeline. Your input is transmitted to multiple third-party AI model providers simultaneously as part of DeepSync's core functionality. Transmitted data may include:
- chat text you submit
- limited device/app signals necessary for request handling (e.g., app version, OS version, language/region)
By using DeepSync, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by multiple external AI model providers as part of the synthesis process. We do not sell your chat content.
D) External Links (Settings)
The App may include links to third-party destinations such as:
- Privacy Policy page
- YouTube / Instagram / TikTok / X
- "Our Apps" collection page
- Telegram (alerts / announcements)
When you open these links:
- your device connects directly to the third-party service
- that service may collect data (e.g., IP address, device info, account data if you log in)
- their policies apply, not ours
E) Advertising / Analytics SDKs (If Enabled in Your Build)
DeepSync may have multiple builds/versions. If you use a free, ad-supported build, it may include advertising/analytics SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob). These third parties may process:
- Advertising ID (AAID / IDFA)
- Basic device info (model, OS version, language/region)
- General app usage signals needed for ad delivery/measurement
Team EXCITING does not receive or store raw advertising identifiers on its own servers; processing is handled by the third-party SDK according to their policies.
3. How We Use Data
We process data only to:
- run the multi-agent AI pipeline (routing your question to multiple models and synthesizing responses)
- store your preferences and chat history locally
- open external links you choose to tap
- (if enabled) deliver and measure ads in ad-supported builds
We do not sell personal data.
4. Permissions & Why They May Be Needed
- Internet: required to route queries to multiple AI model providers simultaneously and/or load ads (if enabled)
- Photos/Media (optional): only if you choose to upload an image for a feature (OS-controlled picker/permission behavior may vary)
The App does not require access to contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, or precise location for core functionality.
5. Data Retention
- On-device data (preferences, chat history): retained until you change/reset it, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
- User content (chat inputs): once transmitted to AI model providers for processing, retention is governed by each provider's individual policies.
- Third-party ads/analytics (if enabled): retention is governed by the third-party provider's policies.
6. Security
DeepSync relies on platform protections such as:
- sandboxed app storage
- OS permission controls
- encrypted transport (HTTPS) for all network-based AI model requests
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to follow reasonable security practices.
7. Children's Privacy
DeepSync is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us at corp.exciting@gmail.com.
8. Your Rights & Choices
You can:
- change language and app preferences in Settings
- disable or clear chat history within the App
- uninstall the App to remove local data
- manage network permissions via device settings
- reset/limit advertising ID (AAID/IDFA) and ad personalization via device settings (if ads are enabled)
- choose not to open third-party links
If you request deletion of data that we do not store on our servers, we may be unable to fulfill server-side deletion requests. For third-party AI model providers or ad/analytics processing, you may need to review each provider's policy directly.
9. International Data Transfers
DeepSync routes queries to multiple AI model providers which may operate servers in various countries. By using the App, you acknowledge that your inputs may be transferred internationally under each provider's terms and safeguards. If an ad network or third-party service also processes data on servers outside your country, that provider's transfer terms apply.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy due to:
- changes to the AI models used in the multi-agent pipeline
- feature additions or removals
- legal or regulatory updates
- third-party policy changes
The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

GDPR (EU/EEA)
If ads are enabled, some processing may rely on consent flows managed by third-party ad providers where required. Multi-agent AI processing involves transmission of your inputs to third-party model providers; please review their individual policies for GDPR compliance details.
CCPA/CPRA (California)
We do not sell personal information. Third-party AI model SDKs and ad SDKs (if enabled) may process data under their own policies. Users can control ad personalization via device settings.
