Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SizeFit mobile application (the “App”) provided by Corp. Exciting (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy and to the applicable rules and terms of the app store through which you obtained or paid for the App.
These Terms describe the rights and responsibilities of users and the Developer in connection with the App, including its free features, advertising, file-processing functions, and optional paid subscription.
If mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or region grants you rights that cannot lawfully be waived, those rights remain in effect and prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
SizeFit is a file-compression utility that allows users to select supported image and PDF files and create compressed output files on a compatible device. Depending on the selected settings, the App may offer features including:
image compression;
PDF compression;
custom target sizes in KB or MB;
compression presets;
single-file or multiple-file batch processing;
an individual target for each file or a combined target for an entire batch;
compression modes such as Balanced, Best Quality, Keep Resolution, and Fast;
optional metadata removal;
optional maximum-dimension controls;
local compression history showing information such as file name and before-and-after file size;
saving or sharing compressed output files; and
an optional SizeFit Pro subscription that unlocks paid features and removes in-app advertising.
Feature availability may differ by operating system, device, file format, App version, subscription status, country, or app-store requirements.
SizeFit is designed to perform image and PDF compression locally on your device. The Developer does not intentionally upload the contents of the image or PDF files you select to the Developer’s servers for compression or storage.
Selected files, compressed output files, settings, and compression history may be stored locally on your device or in a location you choose through the operating system. Local information may be deleted when you clear App data, uninstall the App, delete files, reset the device, or use operating-system storage-management functions.
Although selected file contents are processed locally, third-party services used for advertising, subscription management, billing, diagnostics, or store functionality may process limited device, transaction, subscription, advertising, or usage information under their own terms and privacy policies. Additional details are provided in the SizeFit Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights you lawfully hold in the images, PDFs, and other content you process through the App. The Developer does not obtain ownership of your files merely because you use the App.
You represent that you own, control, or have sufficient permission to process, compress, save, and share every file you use with the App. You must not use the App to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
Compression and metadata removal may be irreversible in the resulting output file. You are responsible for:
keeping a backup of important originals;
confirming the destination and file name before saving or sharing;
opening and reviewing each output file before deleting an original or submitting the output to another person or service; and
confirming that an output file satisfies any external upload, resolution, format, or document requirements.
The App attempts to create an output at or below the target size you select. Exact results cannot be guaranteed. A file may remain above the target, fall significantly below it, fail to process, or require reduced visual quality or dimensions because of its format, complexity, existing compression, embedded objects, encryption, corruption, device resources, or limitations of the operating system and processing libraries.
Compression is inherently lossy for some formats and settings. It may cause reduced sharpness, color changes, visible artifacts, lower image dimensions, altered embedded-image quality, or other differences from the original. “Best Quality” prioritizes visible quality but does not guarantee preservation of original dimensions. “Keep Resolution” prioritizes pixel dimensions but does not guarantee preservation of visual quality. “Fast” prioritizes processing speed and may produce less precise size or quality optimization.
A selected maximum dimension is a ceiling for the longest image edge, not a promise that the output will have that exact dimension. The App may produce a smaller output when needed to approach the requested file size. The App is not intended to enlarge a smaller image merely to reach the selected maximum.
When metadata removal is enabled, the App attempts to remove supported metadata, which may include EXIF data, GPS location, capture time, device information, embedded thumbnails, or document properties. Complete removal of every metadata field or data fragment is not guaranteed for every format or file. You should independently inspect sensitive output files before sharing them.
PDF compression effectiveness varies. Text- or vector-heavy PDFs may not become substantially smaller, while image-heavy PDFs may experience visible quality reduction. Password-protected, encrypted, malformed, unsupported, or unusually complex PDFs may fail to process or may require the removal of protection before processing, where lawful.
Processing may fail because of insufficient memory, low storage, operating-system restrictions, interrupted execution, unsupported codecs, corrupted input, or device-specific limitations. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted processing on every device.
The App may provide both free and paid functionality. As of the Last Updated date, SizeFit Pro may include benefits such as:
multiple-file batch compression;
PDF compression;
combined target sizing for an entire batch;
Best Quality, Keep Resolution, and Fast compression modes;
advanced controls such as metadata removal and maximum dimensions; and
removal of advertisements displayed by the App.
The exact benefits, subscription period, price, currency, taxes, introductory offer, trial eligibility, and renewal terms presented on the App’s paywall and the applicable app-store purchase confirmation screen at the time of purchase form part of your purchase terms. If there is a discrepancy concerning price or billing period, the information shown by the applicable app store at purchase confirmation controls.
We may add or improve features over time. We will not intentionally remove a material, currently paid subscription benefit from an active subscription without any notice where notice is required by applicable law or app-store policy. Changes do not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights.
SizeFit Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, where available (each, an “App Store”). Payments are charged to the App Store account you use to confirm the purchase. The Developer does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
Unless canceled, the subscription automatically renews for the billing period and at the price displayed by the applicable App Store, subject to any price-change notice or consent required by law or App Store policy. Your App Store account will be charged according to that store’s billing schedule.
You may cancel through your App Store subscription settings. Uninstalling or deleting SizeFit does not cancel a subscription. Unless applicable law or App Store policy provides otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the applicable App Store’s policies and mandatory law. A cancellation does not necessarily create a refund for the current billing period. However, nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, proportional refund, withdrawal, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law or App Store policy. You may submit a refund request through the store used for purchase or contact us for reasonable assistance.
If a free trial, introductory price, or promotional offer is available, its eligibility and duration are displayed before purchase. Unless canceled before the applicable trial or offer ends, the subscription may convert to a paid auto-renewing subscription at the displayed price. Offers may be limited by user, account, platform, territory, or App Store rules.
Subscription prices may change for future billing periods. The applicable App Store will provide notice or request consent when required. If you do not wish to continue at a changed price, you must cancel before the change takes effect, subject to the instructions and rights provided by the App Store and applicable law.
If payment fails, the App Store may retry payment, provide a billing grace period, place the subscription on hold, or allow it to expire. Pro access may continue temporarily or may be suspended depending on the entitlement status reported by the App Store and subscription infrastructure.
The restore feature attempts to recover eligible purchases associated with the same App Store account and platform. Restoration may fail because of account mismatch, network issues, store outages, pending transactions, platform migration, or incomplete store records. A purchase made through one App Store may not be transferable to another App Store unless expressly supported.
Free-tier users may see advertising. The App may use third-party services including Google AdMob for advertising, Adapty for subscription and entitlement management, and Google Play Billing or Apple in-app purchase services for payment processing.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s service availability, billing system, content, or data practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. Failure of a third-party service may temporarily affect ads, purchase confirmation, purchase restoration, or access verification.
You agree not to:
use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity;
process or distribute files without sufficient rights or permission;
attempt to bypass subscription checks, advertising, feature restrictions, or payment systems;
interfere with, damage, overload, or exploit the App or related services;
introduce malware or harmful content;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or modify the App except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App itself without written authorization; or
use automated means to access or manipulate the App in a way that disrupts normal operation.
The App, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Corp. Exciting and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the App on a compatible device for lawful personal or internal business purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any underlying intellectual property.
We may maintain, update, correct, or modify the App to improve functionality, security, compatibility, policy compliance, or performance. Certain changes may be required by an operating system, device manufacturer, third-party SDK, or App Store.
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, technical, or commercial reasons. Where reasonably practicable and legally required, we will provide notice of a material change affecting paid functionality. Your mandatory rights regarding an affected paid service remain unchanged.
You may stop using the App at any time. Stopping use or deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App, threaten security, or engage in unlawful activity. Any restriction will not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable subscription or refund rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or file, or capable of producing an exact target size or a particular visual result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, statutory guarantees, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including loss caused by corrupted files, deleted originals, lost metadata, unsuitable compression results, device or storage failure, or third-party service interruption.
The limitations in these Terms do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from the Developer’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer remedy.
You are responsible for maintaining backups and reviewing compressed output before deleting, replacing, submitting, printing, publishing, or distributing an original file.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, law, security requirements, or business practices. The revised Terms will display a new “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
Changes will not retroactively reduce accrued payment, refund, or consumer rights. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel any future subscription renewal through the applicable App Store.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your habitual residence.
The courts of the Republic of Korea will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law permits or requires a dispute to be brought in another competent forum. Before filing a formal claim, you and the Developer are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the other party, unless immediate legal action is necessary.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

SizeFit (“SizeFit,” “App”) is an image and PDF compression application provided by Corp. Exciting (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SizeFit is designed around local, on-device file processing:
no account, sign-up, or login is required;
selected images and PDFs are processed locally on your device;
the Developer does not intentionally upload your selected file contents to the Developer’s servers for compression or storage;
compressed output files are saved or shared only when you choose to do so; and
limited data may be processed by advertising, consent-management, app-store billing, and subscription-management providers as described below.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use SizeFit, why it is processed, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.
Corp. Exciting does not operate a server that intentionally receives or stores the contents of the images or PDFs you select for compression.
The Developer does not directly collect or store on its own servers:
the visual contents of selected images;
the contents, pages, text, or embedded images of selected PDFs;
EXIF or GPS metadata extracted from selected files;
your photo library as a whole;
your contacts;
your precise GPS location;
your full payment-card or bank-account information; or
account credentials for Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other app stores.
SizeFit accesses only files you select or authorize through the operating system’s file or media picker, subject to the permissions and access model provided by your device.
SizeFit may store the following information locally within the App’s operating-system storage area:
Local Data
Purpose
Selected input file references or temporary working files
To perform the compression you request
Compressed output files
To let you preview, save, or share the results
Compression settings
To apply selected target size, unit, mode, scope, metadata, and dimension options
Compression history
To show information such as output file name, original size, compressed size, and processing date
App preferences
To remember settings such as the default KB/MB unit or onboarding state
Subscription entitlement cache
To display Pro access while subscription status is being verified
Consent choices or related privacy signals
To remember advertising/privacy choices where applicable
Local App data is protected by the normal application sandbox and security controls provided by your operating system. It is not represented as encrypted vault storage and should not be used as the only backup for important files.
Depending on your actions and operating system, output files may also be stored outside the App’s private storage, such as in a gallery, downloads folder, document directory, cloud-backed folder, or another destination you select. Files stored outside the App are governed by the security, synchronization, backup, and privacy settings of that destination.
When you select an image or PDF, SizeFit reads the file on your device and processes it locally to create a compressed result. Depending on your settings, the App may:
reduce image dimensions;
change encoding quality;
recompress embedded PDF images;
attempt to meet an individual or combined target size;
remove supported metadata; or
create temporary working data needed to complete processing.
Selected file contents are not intentionally sent to Google AdMob, Adapty, or an app store as part of SizeFit’s compression operation.
Temporary files may be removed automatically by the App or operating system. Saved output files remain until you delete them from the destination where they were saved.
If you enable metadata removal, SizeFit attempts to remove supported metadata from the output, which may include EXIF information, GPS location, capture time, device model, embedded thumbnails, or document properties.
Metadata removal applies to the newly created output and does not modify the original file unless you independently replace or delete that original. Complete removal of every possible metadata field, proprietary block, or hidden data fragment cannot be guaranteed for every format. You should inspect highly sensitive output files before sharing them.
SizeFit may offer an optional SizeFit Pro subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, where available, and subscription access is managed through Adapty.
The applicable App Store and Adapty may process information including:
an anonymous or pseudonymous app-user identifier;
device and application-instance identifiers;
IP address and general region inferred from network information;
device model, operating system, language, App version, and platform;
subscription product ID, price, currency, purchase date, renewal date, expiration date, and transaction status;
active, canceled, expired, grace-period, billing-issue, or restored entitlement status;
Paywall assignment, Paywall views, offer eligibility, and purchase or restoration events; and
technical logs used for fraud prevention, entitlement verification, diagnostics, analytics, and service reliability.
The exact data processed may depend on the SDK configuration, platform, App Store, and features in use.
Subscription-related data is used to:
display available subscription products and localized pricing;
process purchases and restoration requests;
verify whether Pro features and ad removal should be active;
prevent fraud and unauthorized access;
diagnose billing or entitlement problems; and
measure and improve subscription offers and Paywall performance.
The Developer does not receive or store your full payment-card number or bank-account credentials. Payment details are handled by the App Store used to complete the transaction.
For more information, review the privacy terms of your applicable App Store and Adapty’s End-Users Privacy Policy.
Free-tier users may be shown advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and participating advertising partners may process information such as:
advertising identifiers, where available and permitted;
app-instance or publisher first-party identifiers;
IP address and general location derived from it;
device model, operating system, language, network, and App information;
ad requests, impressions, clicks, interactions, frequency, and performance data;
consent status and privacy signals; and
fraud-prevention, security, and diagnostic information.
Depending on your region, device settings, age status, and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, contextual, or limited.
SizeFit uses Google’s consent-management technology to request and store privacy choices where required. In regions where a privacy-options entry point is required, users should be able to revisit or withdraw applicable advertising consent choices through the App’s privacy settings or the consent interface made available by the App.
Purchasing SizeFit Pro is intended to remove ads displayed within the App while an active entitlement is recognized. However, the advertising or consent SDK may still process limited technical, consent, fraud-prevention, or diagnostic data if it is initialized or required to maintain privacy choices. We therefore do not claim that every form of advertising-related SDK processing automatically stops immediately upon purchase.
The Developer may receive aggregated advertising reports, such as impressions, revenue, country-level performance, or ad-unit performance. These reports are not intended to include the contents of files you compress.
For more information, review Google’s Privacy Policy.
No account is required to use SizeFit. However, if you voluntarily contact us by email or another support channel, we may receive:
your email address and display name;
the contents of your message;
attachments or screenshots you choose to send; and
technical details you voluntarily provide about your device, App version, purchase, or issue.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate support records. Do not send original private images, sensitive PDFs, full payment-card information, passwords, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support request.
Depending on the law that applies, information may be processed on one or more of the following grounds:
Performance of a contract or requested service: providing compression, purchase, restoration, and Pro entitlement functions you request;
Consent: personalized advertising, optional identifiers, or other processing for which consent is legally required;
Legitimate interests: securing the App, preventing fraud, diagnosing failures, maintaining service reliability, and understanding aggregated service performance, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
Legal obligations: complying with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention, or lawful government requirements; and
Protection of rights and safety: establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims and protecting users, the Developer, or third parties.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent through the available privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Uninstalling SizeFit generally removes data held in the App’s private local storage, subject to operating-system behavior, backups, restored device data, and files you saved outside the App. Uninstalling the App does not delete external output files, cancel a subscription, or necessarily delete records held by an App Store, Adapty, Google, or another third party.
We do not sell the contents of the images or PDFs you process.
Limited information may be disclosed or made available:
to Adapty for subscription management, analytics, entitlement verification, and related technical functions;
to Google AdMob and advertising partners for advertising, consent, measurement, security, and fraud prevention;
to Google Play or the Apple App Store for billing, purchase restoration, transaction records, fraud prevention, and store compliance;
to service providers that assist with lawful support, infrastructure, or security functions, if used;
when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
to protect users, the Developer, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of law; or
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the App or business, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Third-party services process information under their own policies and contractual roles. They do not receive selected file contents from the App as part of the intended local compression workflow.
Selected image and PDF contents are designed to remain on your device during compression. However, subscription, App Store, advertising, consent, diagnostic, and support information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live.
Google, Adapty, Apple, and other relevant providers may use servers and subprocessors in multiple jurisdictions and apply their own international-transfer safeguards. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms or the safeguards provided by applicable service providers.
SizeFit uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to its local-processing design, including:
operating-system application sandboxing;
system file or media pickers and platform permission controls;
local rather than Developer-server processing of selected file contents;
App Store billing rather than direct collection of full payment details; and
established third-party subscription and advertising SDKs.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Device compromise, insecure backups, third-party apps, user-selected sharing destinations, operating-system vulnerabilities, or cloud synchronization may expose locally saved files. You are responsible for securing your device and reviewing where output files are saved or shared.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about relevant personal-data processing.
You can exercise practical control by:
deleting compression history through available in-app controls;
deleting input, temporary, or output files from your device or chosen storage destination;
clearing SizeFit’s App data or uninstalling the App to remove private local App data, subject to backups and operating-system behavior;
changing advertising privacy choices through the available in-app privacy-options form where provided;
limiting or resetting advertising identifiers through device privacy settings, where supported;
managing or canceling your subscription through the applicable App Store; and
contacting us at corp.exciting@gmail.com regarding information controlled by Corp. Exciting.
Because selected file contents and most App preferences remain only on your device, the Developer generally cannot access, recover, export, correct, or delete them remotely. Requests concerning information controlled independently by Google, Adapty, Apple, or another provider may need to be directed to that provider.
We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information where legally required or necessary to protect against fraud and abuse.
SizeFit is a general utility and is not directed to children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit personal information directly to the Developer.
Advertising and consent features must be configured in accordance with applicable child-directed-app, age-of-consent, and App Store requirements. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us through a support channel, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
The following third-party policies may be relevant to your use of SizeFit:
the privacy and payment policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store used for your purchase
We encourage you to review those policies because third-party processing is governed in part by their terms, configurations, and legal obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in SizeFit, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when changes are published.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice in the App, through an App Store listing, or by another appropriate method before a material change takes effect.
