1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CubePets (the "App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App. Continued use of the App after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Overview of Service
CubePets is a free-to-play tower-defense battle game featuring 30 collectible cube-style animals. Players summon pets, build towers, and defend a castle against waves of enemies, with permanent progression through an in-app gem and enhancement system. Features may change without prior notice.

3. Entertainment Purpose
CubePets is provided solely for entertainment purposes. All in-game elements — including characters, stats, currencies, rewards, and upgrade outcomes — exist within the game's internal mechanics and carry no real-world monetary value. Team EXCITING is not responsible for how players choose to allocate in-game resources such as gems or upgrades.

4. In-Game Content and Fair Use
All characters, artwork, audio, and game mechanics within CubePets are original or properly licensed content created or obtained by Team EXCITING. Users may not extract, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any game assets for use outside the App. If you believe any content within CubePets infringes your rights, please contact corp.exciting@gmail.com with relevant details, and we will review and respond within 30 days.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

(a) Data We Collect
The only data collected by CubePets is a device identifier used for serving in-app advertisements. This data is processed by third-party advertising providers and is used solely for ad delivery purposes.

(b) Data We Do Not Collect
CubePets does not collect, store, transmit, or share the following:

• Your location or GPS data

• Your gameplay history, save data, or progression details

• Any personal information beyond the device identifier used for advertising

• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral tracking data

(c) Third-Party Advertising
The App displays ads served by third-party advertising providers. These providers may collect device identifiers for ad-targeting purposes under their own privacy policies. Team EXCITING does not control the data practices of these advertising providers.

6. Local Data Storage
All data related to your gameplay — including best score, best wave, gem balance, and permanent upgrades — is stored locally on your device only. Team EXCITING has no means of accessing this locally stored data. Uninstalling the App may permanently delete this local data, depending on your device's operating system and backup settings.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful and appropriate manner. The following actions are prohibited:

• Reverse-engineering, exploiting, or attempting to bypass the App's systems

• Using cheats, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate gameplay or in-app currencies

• Using the App in situations requiring full attention, such as while driving

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any copyrighted content from the App without authorization

8. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to social media platforms or external websites. Team EXCITING is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App are owned by or licensed to Team EXCITING. These Terms grant you a limited, personal license to use the App for its intended purpose and do not transfer any other rights, title, or interest.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team EXCITING disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Team EXCITING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team EXCITING and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the App, or any consequences resulting from your use of the App.

13. Modifications and Termination
Team EXCITING may modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Team EXCITING regarding the App.

1. Overview

CubePets ("the App") is a tower-defense battle game where players collect cube-style animal pets, build towers, and defend a castle against waves of enemies. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App, how it is used, and what choices you have. CubePets is built with privacy in mind, collecting only the minimum data necessary to operate the App.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Team EXCITING does not operate any server for the purpose of collecting user data. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Your name, phone number, address, or other personally identifiable information

• Your location or GPS data

• Your gameplay history, save data, or progression details beyond what is stored locally

• Contacts, SMS, call logs, or payment information

• Usage analytics, behavioral data, or crash reports

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device to provide app functionality:

• Best score and best wave records

• Gem balance and permanent enhancement levels

• Selected language and app settings (sound, vibration, etc.)

• Owned pets and in-game progress

All of this local data is managed entirely by your device's operating system. Team EXCITING has no means of accessing this data at any point. Uninstalling the App may delete all local data, depending on your device's OS behavior and backup settings.

4. Advertising and Device Identifiers

The App displays ads served by third-party advertising providers (Google AdMob). For the sole purpose of ad delivery, these providers may process your device's advertising identifier (Android AAID / iOS IDFA) and basic device information. This is the only data collection that occurs in connection with the App.

Team EXCITING does not receive, access, or store your advertising ID or any ad-related data on its own servers. All advertising data handling is governed entirely by the privacy policies of the third-party advertising providers.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

5. App Permissions

CubePets requests the following device permission:

• Internet: Required to serve advertisements and, where applicable, save progress-related features.

CubePets does not request access to contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone, camera, location, or any other permissions beyond the above.

6. In-Game Content and Assets

CubePets incorporates a combination of original content created by Team EXCITING and royalty-free assets obtained from open libraries under CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) license, including character artwork and audio elements. CC0-licensed content is free to use, modify, and incorporate without attribution requirements, in accordance with the terms of its respective source.

All game mechanics, code, character roles, balance design, and overall game structure within CubePets are original creations of Team EXCITING. The App does not stream, host, or relay any third-party broadcast content.

If you believe any content within CubePets infringes your rights, please contact corp.exciting@gmail.com with relevant details, and we will review and respond within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. If you access these links, your device connects directly to those services, and their respective privacy policies will apply. Team EXCITING is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party services.

8. Data Retention

• On-device data: Retained until you delete individual settings, reset the App, or uninstall it.

• Advertising data: Governed entirely by the retention policies of third-party advertising providers.

• Location data: The App does not collect location data of any kind.

9. Security

CubePets relies on platform-level protections, including sandboxed app storage, OS-level permission controls, and HTTPS encryption for all network requests. Because the App is designed to transmit virtually no user data, privacy risk is kept to a minimum.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children below the age of consent required by applicable local law. If you believe a child may have used the App and transmitted data, please contact corp.exciting@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

11. Your Rights and Choices

You may at any time:

• Change your app language and settings from the Settings screen

• Uninstall the App to delete all local data

• Reset or restrict your advertising ID from your device settings

• Decline to access any third-party links

Because Team EXCITING does not store personal data on its own servers, we are unable to fulfill server-side deletion requests for data we do not hold. For data processed by third-party advertising providers, please refer to their respective policies and opt-out procedures.

12. GDPR and CCPA Disclosures

GDPR (EU/EEA): Team EXCITING does not process personal data on its own servers. Any GDPR-relevant data processing is limited to that performed by third-party advertising providers under their own compliance frameworks and consent mechanisms.

CCPA/CPRA (California): Team EXCITING does not sell personal information. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's advertising ID settings.

13. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or third-party policy changes. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
