Article 1. Purpose These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application PhoneSize (the "App") provided by Corp. Exciting ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Service Description PhoneSize is a visual phone size comparison app designed to help users compare smartphone and tablet dimensions accurately and intuitively.

The App provides:

• Visual side-by-side and stacked size comparison of up to 5 devices

• Real size calibration using a physical credit card as reference

• A database of 8,100+ smartphones and tablets across all major brands

• Device search by name, brand, and specifications including height, width, depth, weight, and screen size

• Favorites system for saving frequently compared devices

• Local data storage for all preferences and selections

What the App Does NOT Provide: The App does NOT:

• Guarantee that rendered device sizes are perfectly accurate on all screen types

• Provide real-time pricing, availability, or purchasing functionality

• Represent or speak on behalf of any device manufacturer or retailer

• Provide licensed technical, legal, or commercial professional advice

Article 3. Content Disclaimer The App displays device dimension data based on publicly available manufacturer specifications.

You acknowledge that:

• Device dimensions are sourced from publicly available specifications and may not reflect every regional variant or hardware revision

• Real Size mode requires manual calibration and results may vary depending on your device's screen pixel density

• The App is NOT affiliated with Apple, Samsung, Google, or any other device manufacturer

• The App does not control or influence any manufacturer's product decisions

• Users are solely responsible for purchasing decisions made based on information viewed in the App

Article 4. Data & Limitations The App uses a locally bundled device database to display size comparisons.

You acknowledge that:

• Device data may contain errors or may not reflect the most recently released devices

• Rendered phone shapes are proportional representations, not exact replicas

• Real Size calibration accuracy depends on the user's physical credit card alignment and screen type

• The Developer does not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of any device specification data

• For purchasing decisions, users are encouraged to verify dimensions directly with the manufacturer or retailer

Article 5. Data Storage & Privacy

Local Data Storage All user data — including selected devices, favorites, view mode preferences, and zoom settings — is stored locally on your device only. The Developer does not store personal user data on its servers.

No Personal Data Collection

• The App does not require account registration or login

• The App does not collect personally identifiable information (PII)

• No user input is transmitted to external servers

Data Usage Restrictions The Developer does NOT:

• Sell or share any user data with third parties for commercial purposes

• Use device usage data for advertising profiling

• Store any user preferences or comparison history on external servers

Article 6. Third-Party Services The App may rely on third-party services including:

• External infrastructure and distribution platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store)

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for their practices.

Article 7. User Responsibilities Users agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App or its database

• Verify device specifications independently before making any purchasing decisions

• Use their own judgment when applying size comparison results

Article 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• The Developer is not responsible for purchasing decisions arising from the use of size comparison data

• The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including damages resulting from reliance on device dimension data

• The Developer is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party specification data

Article 9. Intellectual Property All content, design, code, and features of the App are the property of Corp. Exciting. Device names, brand names, and trademarks referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Article 10. Service Changes The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue any features — including size comparison, real size calibration, or the device database — at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Article 11. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

Article 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

PhoneSize ("App") is a visual phone size comparison app that helps users compare smartphone and tablet dimensions side by side, stacked, and at real scale.

PhoneSize is built with a privacy-first architecture:

• No account required

• No personal data stored on developer servers

• All user data remains on-device

• No user input is transmitted to external servers

2. Data We Collect

Corp. Exciting does NOT collect or store the following on its servers:

❌ Name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers ❌ Access to your device files, contacts, photos, or camera ❌ Exact location data (GPS) ❌ Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address) ❌ Your selected devices, favorites, or comparison history on any external server

3. How the App Works

PhoneSize operates entirely offline for its core functionality:

• The device database (8,100+ phones and tablets) is bundled locally within the app

• All size comparisons, searches, and filters are performed on-device

• No internet connection is required to compare devices

• No user data is transmitted to any server during normal app usage

4. Real Size Calibration

PhoneSize includes a Real Size feature that uses a physical credit card as a calibration reference.

Important:

• This feature uses only on-screen touch interaction

• No camera, microphone, or sensor access is required

• No data is transmitted during calibration

• Calibration settings are stored locally only

5. Third-Party Services

PhoneSize relies on the following third-party services for distribution only:

• Google Play Store (Android distribution)

• Apple App Store (iOS distribution)

These platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Corp. Exciting is not responsible for their data practices. No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools are integrated into PhoneSize.

PhoneSize is suitable for all ages and contains no age-restricted content. We do not collect personal data from any users, including children. 10. International Data Processing

PhoneSize does not transmit user data internationally or to any external servers. All app functionality is performed locally on your device. No international data transfers occur.
