Originally from Acetate, these beautiful flower/feather monsters hail from the now destroyed Flora Jungle. They are very rare nowadays and thus very expensive on the slave market.
Birds of Paradise that are born in the wild lean towards an insect and fruit based diet, but, due to the devastation of their natural habitats, most of these floral birds have had to adapt to new dietary constraints, or face the real danger of malnutrition or starvation.
When raised in captivity, they are mainly vegetarian, but, can be trained to eat various types of meat without too much trouble.
Magic and Abilities
They hold common affinity with earth and air magic, usually depending on the individual monster. they have also been known to bring good luck and fortune, which is also arguably, a magic.

Biology
They are small creatures, covered in fine soft feathers with an almost petal like consistency to them. They can and usually will be in vivid colors, though their feathers can in fact adapt to different environments.
