Richard "Dick" Naylor owns and operates Whiskey Dick's Bar and Grill in one of the more dangerous areas of Navroya's undercity. He's never been a very friendly person, but in the last decade of his life he's gotten particularly mean. Something's really off about his place of business, too, and overall there just seems to be something very unsettling about him, it, and all the regulars there.
