The Sun has a steady nature and life giving warmth that spreads to all. The sun does in fact have a cycle, similar to the moon, just stretched out over the year as opposed to the months. it is most potent in the summer months when the day is long and the least in the winter ones when the day is short. The highest and lowest points being the two solstices.
Origins
The Sun is the direct counterpart to The Moon.They balance each other out and draw off of each other's strengths. The Sun was created to center life on the planet at Day, just as the moon was created to center life in the Night.
