The city of lights, known for its many colors and vibrant nightlife. It is in a warmer region of the world. Think glass, think lights and glowing crystals, think tourism and fun. Technically a slave free area. in the south area so there’s beaches too. Carnivals and other such attractions and distractions abound, promoting a fun and laid-back atmosphere; so much so that there seems to be an ample drug trade happening throughout the town, going so far as having a number of buildings dedicated to getting high.
