hugh is calm, focused and very dependably hard working, despite himself. he can focus in on things and sometimes ignores the world around him accidentally.

Hugh is a very smart kid, putting his knowledge to practical use in florian as an accountant until his psion powers spiked and destroyed a chunk of the building, promptly getting him fired. he's trying to find another job but it's hard when no one will hire you.
