She can't really expand the forest due to her other half, so the energy that would be doing that tends to cluster around her and effect the plant life in her immediate vicinity. This makes her extremely fertile and this extends to any of the inhabitants she spends ample time with.
As a forest god, she's also gifted with Geomancy and can arrange her forest however she sees fit at any time.

She's cheerful, maybe a bit Naive sometimes, but she wants to believe the best in things. Tends to lean more towards positive energies. She has that kind of personality that just uplifts spirits, and as a result is much easier to talk to than her counterpart.
When People talk about the Last Forest's God, Xylia is who they are referring to. It's actually a little known fact to people that she's only one of the actual two gods, as she's really the only one people have seen.
Background
Oh Deer God....Xylia is the Last forest's god of the day. She has two forms, a large deer form and a more humanoid one for better communicating and spending time with her other half.
