A man who's worked for far too long. He's got a career full of covering for other people, mostly against his will, and has resigned himself to this fate.
Background
Personality
What Myers lacks in creativity and inspiration, he makes up for in hard work and diligence. He is past the point of getting disappointed in events and people. He's come to accept that his life isn't great, and does his best to take care of the drudge work for others.
Personal History
He's never been a particularly remarkable person or stood out from the crowd. He was an average kid who grew up into an average adult. He focused on getting into a job that he knew was steady so he could ensure he had a livelihood, but soon found himself taken for granted by his coworkers and employers. Rather than get rewarded for his attention to detail and productivity, he was given more responsibilities and the less desired jobs. He would complain about the injustice, but, is there really a point? He would like to get a hobby someday and has a pet fish named Percival back at his apartment.
Abilities and Powers
Myers is really good at crunching numbers. Really, really good. His organizational skills are top notch and he is extremely good at staying calm in not too pleasant situations.
Relationships
Bora
He should probably report this thing, but, it seems to keep everyone in the office more on task, even while inspiring trips out of the building and constant distractions. He's kind of grateful for it in that regard.
Cobb
He knows that Cobb doesn't care about work, and, despite being disappointed by the man's attitude, he can't really blame him. He's come to accept his mindset and constant way of acting, and appreciate the work he gets out of him. He withheld a report on the faulty fire detectors in their wing since he knows that Cobb isn't about to stop smoking at work, and he'd rather not bother with the fuss of the alarms going off all the time.
Laura
He wishes she would stop trying to tell him how to do his job, but, he also wishes a lot of things that he'd rather have granted more than this wish.
Percy
Myers feels bad. He knows this kid has a lot of hope and optimism, and he wishes he had the spark left to help him forward to greater heights than this place, but, to be honest, he really doesn't. Still, he does try to give the kid a smile when he pops in to talk. He's glad he seems less nervous as of late. That was getting really weird.
