Nick and Lonnie's strange daughter from the future. She's not really supposed to be in the current time, but she found herself tangled up in Rock Quest after befriending Raz.
Background
Personality
Gizem is a bit skittish around other people. She isn't used to social interactions outside of her family and, even though she tries her best, her social weaknesses are very obvious.
She tends to default to being polite in most situations, but people who get too pushy make her uncomfortable. Gizem likes being an observer more than a focal point and anyone who tries pulling her out of her comfort zone is in for a rough battle against the most stubborn aspects she has to offer.
She loves drawing things out and keeps a number of sketchbooks on her at all times. It helps her sort through the problems she faces and remember what she needs to keep in mind, which is important for a time traveler.
Personal History
She's really not supposed to be in this time period.
Abilities and Powers
She's very good at time travel and has a knack for healing.
Relationships
Absolutely perplexing. She met Chris while trying to hatch a plan to save Raz, and it's been a wild ride ever since.
A nice girl she's getting to know thanks to spending so much time in and out of the magic shop. She wants to repay Emii for her kindness and draconic support soon, but she still has some practicing to do before she feels comfortable enough to bring it up.
Possibly the most upbeat person in Raz's friend group. She's curious how he can stay so upbeat, even when things go bad around him. It's a really powerful trait and she admires him for it. Though, she does wish he'd be a bit more careful. Outing Raz to the Dream King was a really, really dangerous thing to do and caused more trouble than was necessary in her opinion.
She really appreciates the apple juice he got her, that was really thoughtful of him.
Lonnie
Madras
Nick
Raz is her first ever best friend. He's stubborn, but, she knows he's got different comfort zones than her. He's good at encouraging her and she likes spending time with him a whole lot. She just wishes their main bonding time so far hadn't been so grim, but, she wasn't about to make him clean up his friends' pieces on his own.
Somehow, despite their best efforts, they keep ending up in dangerous or risky situations.
Sid
Raz's best friend. He seems to know a lot about really cool things, even though he doesn't like gods. That's ok, though, since not everyone understands how important her family is. She's pretty sure her dad made some trouble for him, too, which probably didn't help.
She's really happy he cares about Raz as much as he does. He seemed a bit scary at first, but now that she's gotten to know him better, she can tell he's a good enough person. He cares about his friends and about helping people when he's not in a grumpy mood.
He says he doesn't think it's too bad that's she a total freak, and she appreciates this, even if she doesn't believe it.
Sully
Sully's nice. He's sort of awkward, but she's sort of awkward, too, so it works out good. She wasn't sure what to make of him at first, but, after spending a while with him and after opening up about herself, she feels like he's the sort of person she can put a lot of trust in. Also, he's Emii's dad, and she thinks it's a good thing that she's friends with both of them.
