He doesn't get along well with others and, to be honest, he's fine with that. People get in the way of his work and he's quite fond of the research and development he's centered his life around. People make him uncomfortable. He doesn't know what they'll say or what they'll do. At least he can come up with a hypothesis for science and plot out the most likely scenarios. That doesn't seem to work so well when it comes to people.
