Have you met anyone else with a bigger ego?
Most of his time is spent alone, which he personally finds to be very enjoyable. Creating new things gives him the joy and satisfaction that nothing else can.
Personality
Almost everything he does, he does for himself. This isn't to say that he hates others; he'll go along with other demons or creatures and hang out with them, but a lot of the time he sees something for himself in it. And if it isn't for himself, it's most likely for Tiramisu. For Wayland to consider someone a friend, or an acquaintance even, is incredibly rare and, what he likes to believe, a huge honor.
Wayland was created during the monster war alongside his sister Tiramisu.

Crafting and making new things. Maybe he'll learn something new with the desert mice.
History
Created during the monster war. Wayland and Tiramisu have made sure there wasn't another one. Before being sealed, he spent most of his time in hell, just chipping away at his various projects and causing a lot of trouble with Tiramisu. When she got taken down and sealed, Wayland made a run for it, eventually corned in the desert and sealed deep within a cave.
Abilities
Wayland is the demon of artifacts. He spends almost all of his time creating new things, which he may or may not have Tiramisu curse for him. A lot of what he likes to make are weapons like knives and spears, tools, little trinkets that might draw the attention of everyone outside of hell. His body is usually covered in various golden rings; each one has a different ability. At one point, they were intended for screwing around with mortals, and have since been lost prior to sealing.
Like other demons, Wayland is capable of shapeshifting. He can currently retain a rone form and a desert mouse form.
Relationships
Tiramisu- sister
Philip- the poor sap who unsealed him. Wayland sticks around because this creature definitely knows Many things that Wayland currently, and very unfortunately, does not.
