It's common for their temples to have lots of windows and lots of plants growing in them, and they are never complete without a vegetable and herb garden.
Core Beliefs
Followers
All classes and races of people pray to Othni for healing and cures. They're usually called upon only when someone's sick or injured, but, there are a few people who take up the mantle of being priests and staying at Othni's temples. They tend to the sick who are looking for healing and help them get the cures they need. Usually, they work alongside doctors and medics or have trained in the medical profession themselves.
There are a few main variations of Othnian followers:
Doctors- Trained more in the scientific aspects of medicine, they tend to ask for Othni's guidance while working on patients, while not leaving the curing work up to prayers or blessings. They are most common in cities and towns. They have a mixed relationship with other followers of Othni that varies from region to region. Sometimes, they view the other variations are leaving too much up to fate.
Sages- Natural healers and firm believers in the power of prayer. Sages rely on herbal medicine, crystal energy, fortune telling, and prayers to solve their patients' troubles. They tend to live further away from society and like to focus on preventing problems with charm based means. This sometimes puts them at odds with doctors in some situations.
Priests- They take an active stance on helping others and offering support to those in need. They're less focused on doing regular, scheduled healing and more interested in reaching out to help those who are at the highest risk in the community. They use whatever skills they have to either prevent or cure illness and injuries and tend to come from both sage and doctor backgrounds. They have a holistic outlook on healing and are often granted boons and blessings by Othni.
Worship Guidelines
Care about others and be prepared to help heal and tend to those sick or injured. Do not pass by someone hurting. Stop and ask if they need help or company. Take care of others. Be compassionate during the weaker moments of others. If you are sick or hurt, take care of yourself, too. You are important, too and, before you can truly help others, it's good to make sure you are taking care of yourself.

Nature
Othni is said to be gentle and concerned about life on the planet. They are tied in with the passing of time and thus with the Sun and Moon and all their followers. Othni is said to listen to all prayers offered to it, be they little or grand. Thoughts on what Othni looks like are many different depictions of their appearance depending on what region is visited and asked about this topic. The one uniform fact that everyone agrees on is that Othni has only one eye, much like Time. Legend has it that, during the festival of space and time, one of the statues in the main temple will come to life and speak to some of the worshipers gathered around.
Legend has it Othni was once part of Time itself. Supposedly, it was torn away from Time back when the universe was still young and took on a life of its own. However, it never stopped being close to its source. Because of this, those who worship Othni are seen as an offshoot of those who worship Time.
