Rob Steve and Lyle Head to France Via the Plymouth/Roscoff Ferry on the 2nd of September 2017 Arriving at the lake around 10am for a meet and greet with Tom.
The trip can be summed up in two words RAIN and FISH.
Boy did it Rain, heavy rain at the start of the trip and showers mid week and heavy rain again at the end. Click Here to see the Rain!
The rain did not stop the lads catching Fish with around 70 fish banked and a fair few who were either lost in snags, or in true Clearwater style they spat the hook.
There are a few pictures in the gallery with both Steve and Lyle picking up PB's.

Rob's peg 5 mostly produced during the night, while Lyle's peg was producing mostly in the day. Steve's Peg produced most of the big fish with plenty of 40 plus fish and a 51lber coming from Peg 10. Steve sure out fished both Rob and Lyle, however they both were very satisfied with their catches this week.
I guess they will have to return in the future to land a few of those 40 plus fish or maybe a 50??
Having been "Rained" on all week it seemed a little Ironic that the last thing the lads did before leaving the site was to go for a shower?? REALLY??
With a Journey of roughly 100 miles to Roscoff and 1200 Miles across the sea to Plymouth before the final 188 mile back to the Port of Stour.
All in all an excellent Trip despite the rain! It was Great to see Tom and Diane again! The food was excellent as always and their company was well worth the trip!
The lads can't wait to see them again.
