2,5,15 Coppice Lake Dormston BAA Water

Steve and Rob head back to Dormston for a dawn raid. they try the car park side of the island again, this time picking pegs that allow them the top half of the island. rob was fishing to the tip of the island.

they were both casting Vitalin method feeders at the island as close in as possible, Rob needs the casting practice anyway.

No Fish caught other than Bream (which of course do not count). Steve took a few more than Rob which was the source of banter for the day.

No carp were seen to be caught anywhere by anyone around the lake?

There was one fisher man next to Steve who seemed to think that he could cast anywhere and had the audacity to infer that Steve was fishing his swim. When in reality he was impinging upon steves water. surely you fish the water in front of you? Still he moved pegs after a short while.

It was a very chilly day, the first after a few days half decent weather. Is this what has switched the Carp off feeding? We don't know all we can say is that's why they call it Fishing and not Catching.
