[ 54] Symantha: Loner Policy

Storm Keep, and to those indicated;

Shadow's policy on Loners has long been one of no quarter first and foremost
but, in this new Celestial Age, we are more open to the concept of alliances
in the name of Dark Unity.

However, if - as a Loner - you indicate no allegiances, seek to employ
deception, or fail in the basic precepts of diplomacy to reach out to the
Darkness, we will hunt you as the old policy dictates.

And, as ever, we offer no quarter to those of the Light.

It is on you, the Loner, to determine your place though we reserve the right
to hunt you for whatever reason we deem fit, if it comes to it.

LONERS & GIANTS

*Circumstantial - expect war or peace dependent on battlefield conditions.
Speak to the individual for more information when or if necessary.

GIANTS

Let it be noted here that not all Fire giants are alike.
Some of Raije, and some remnants of Necrucifer, have
declared war against the Darkness to varying measures.

Their names will be added to the list above as needed.

Frost giants are of the Light and will be hunted without
exception. Cloud giants are of the Balance, but often
choose to fight for the Light. These two races are
considered free game - only the Cloud may reach out
for possible peace.

Giants
(helpfile)

Giants contain the lineage of the Gods themselves, but not full-blooded.

They are born to mortals and appear to be a normal race at birth.  However,
they grow at a remarkable rate and almost always appear to be 14 feet tall
humans at maturity.  Giants have 3 different races, dependent on alignment;
Frost (good), Fire (evil), and Cloud (neutral).  Giants have the same
benefit as Gods as they have unlimited mana.  However, they share a Gods
fate in that if they die in the mortal world, their souls are dead and gone
for good.

*Recent divine changes to Algoron have seen the return of some previously felled giants. This phenomenon is still being explored.
