SPICY ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN
Recipe from Pam's Midwest Kitchen Korner
Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon each lime and lemon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place meat on baking dish and rub with oil.
- Mix together remaining ingredients, spread over pork, let sit for 15 minutes.
- Bake 20-30 minutes until browned and crispy and inside is cooked through until desired doneness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, slice into 1" pieces.
- Serve
