Ingredients:
2 (8-ounce) tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small white onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
Cooking spray
Basil for garnish
Method:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Arrange fish in a 9” x 13” baking dish that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over fish.
Bake until tilapia flakes easily with a fork, about 15-20 minutes.
