Ingredients:
6-7 peaches, peeled and sliced
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
½ to ¾ cinnamon (I used 1 teaspoon)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 stick butter
Method:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Grease an 8” baking dish.
Mix the sliced peaches with the almond extract and pour into the baking dish.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter or fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle on top of the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes until peaches are tender and the topping is evenly browned (I baked it for 1 hour).
Serve warm with ice cream
Enjoy!
