ROASTED ACORN SQUASH with SMOKED PAPRIKA

Ingredients:

1 acorn squash

Olive oil

Smoked paprika

Onion powder

Salt

Seasoned pepper

Method:

Preheat oven to 425°.

Cut squash in half, scoop out and discard seeds.

Place on baking sheet and spray olive oil over top of each half.

Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

Bake for 50 minutes to one hour, until fork tender.

Serve
