Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
16 ounces mushrooms of your choice, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, halved horizontally
1 (10 ounces) can golden mushroom soup
½ cup dry white wine
½ of an 8 ounce Philadelphia Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon seasoned pepper
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and garlic, cook about 5 minutes until mushrooms are browned slightly and liquid evaporates.
Place chicken in single layer in a baking dish.
Spoon mushroom mixture over chicken.
In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
