4 pork chops, about ¾” thick

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon seasoned pepper
Method:
Preheat oven to 400° and set wire rack on baking sheet.
To a large resealable plastic bag, add panko and remaining ingredients, blend well.
One at a time, place pork chop in bag and shake until evenly coated in panko mixture.
Place chops on wire rack.
Bake until pork is cooked through and bread crumbs are golden, about 25 minutes.
