Ingredients:
2 ounces blended Scotch
Juice of half a lime
6 ounces spicy ginger ale or ginger beer (try Blenheim’s Hot Ginger Ale)
Lime wedge, for garnish
Method:
Add several ice cubes to a highball glass.
Pour in scotch, squeeze in lime juice and fill with the ginger ale or ginger beer.
Stir with a spoon and garnish with a lime wedge.
Serve
