Three second half goals ensured victory for Kildangan against Rathangan in Round 3 of the SFL, played in More O'Ferrall Park on Monday evening. Kildangan led by the minimum at half time, 6 points to Rahangans 5, On the resumption, Kildangan rocked Rathangan with a trio of goals, two by Keith Leavey and a third by Brendan Abbey.
Stephen Quigley kept the Kildangan scoreboard ticking over with a number of very well taken points from play in both halves.
The Rathangan goal, in the dying minutes was of the consolation variety as Kildangan never looked like losing their half time lead, running out winners on a scoreline of 3:08 to 1:11. Next game is away to Round Towers on 22nd April, throw in 7.30pm. Full list of fixtures
