Championship Fixture Details Announced

The Kildangan senior team start off their championship campaign against a familiar foe in Ballymore Eustace. The game is due to take place on Tuesday, 17th July at 8.00pm in Old Grange, the home ground of St. Laurence's. It was 2015 when two sides last met, when they faced each other in the opening rounds of the same competition and the final, both of which Kildangan won. Old Grange was also the venue for the former, and depsite leading Ballymore by twelve points at the break in that game, Kildangan only went on to win it by one, 3-13 to 3-12. Clogherinkoe, our second round opponents, are not as well known to the club. The Cloghs had a superb league campaign, winning all of their games bar one, where they lost by nine points against Ballyteague. This game is fixed for Tuesday, 24th July in Raheens, with the throw-in also at 8.00pm.
