Lab Rules

General Rules

• 1. Always keep clean!

  2. Do not take other people's belonging or experiment tools without permission.

  3. Do not open any delivery box by yourself. Contact the Package Receiving team to open it for you: Luo, Fan, Reihaneh, Dafeng, Kasinan.

  4. Lab inspection will be on every weekend.

  5. Do not enter cell culture room without access permission.

  6. If anyone break the rules,

     • Level 1: that person has to buy lunch for everyone in the lab for penalty.

     • Level 2: that person will be suspended from doing experiment for 1 week.

     • Level 3: ...

Bench Rules

• 1. Return chemical bottles to Bench 1 after using. Always seal the opened bottles with parafin film.

  2. Petri dishes and tubes are provided at Bench 2.

  3. Do not take any item from or into cell culture room

  4. PDMS kit is provided 'just enough'. Please use consciously. Do not open the seal on curing agent bottle, just punch a hole and squeeze the bottle.

• 1. Only trained people with access permission are allowed to enter cell culture room.

  2. Do not let anyone else into the room, except for training only.

  3. Wipe the hood and glass window (inner and outer) with alcohol both before and after using.

  4. Always fill in alcohol spray every Friday.
