Summary - New protocol increase [] of Acetic Acid, replace with PBS for collagen diffusion. resulting pH 3 too low for cell viability ? HA + Collagen not good ?. Add Acetic Acid to HA ? Can lower pH but not too hard to kill cells. 2 approaches with and wihtout cells. Try in parallel premix all gels 243 ? Need some assistance ? Augustine involved in this ? Better micro-array interactions between group ?
