Wafer bonding (anodic bonding, plasma bonding), Metal patterning (Au, Al, Ti, Cr, Cu, Ag, etc.), Hot embossing

B. Measurement system:

- Laser displacement system, High scope, Alpha-step, Microscope, High-speed camcorder, Fluorescence detection

and measurement system etc.

C. Design & simulation:

- AutoCAD (2D design, film mask), Solidworks (3D design), COMSOL multiphysics
