Summary: Maltose(monohydrate) with low temperature has also a problem. It becomes solid again after water molecule evaporates.

Will try mixing maltose with malic acid, which is hydrophilc, and see if they are mixed well below caramelization temperature.

Doing experiments to solve potential UV curing problems.

To make a paper plan would be great.

Summary: Glucose and sucrose show caramelization at reaction temperature. Will try other kinds of sugars with lower temperature.

Ali suggested PGSA fibers in HA gel.
