the summary mostly is about the problems that we are going to face
Homogeneity of the Polymer
Homogeneity of the Cells inside the Hydrogel
Optimize the UV (long wave UV) for cell viability
Effect of Oxygen(inhibition of the polymerization)
Evaporation of the Polymer monomer
Find best pin speed and Size of Nozzle
Sterilization
Removing monomer and solvent if it is organic
Viscosity if it is applicable
Comes up with Library(Cross linker, Functional group, Acr PEG)
Action Plan:
Try to begin the experiment with the common Acrylated PEG. printing and see the range of concentration that microaarayer can handle.
then seeding the ESc and check first the viability and distribution of them inside the hydrogel.
then goes toward to check the combination of the RGD and PEG abd see if it does work(printing , polymerization,...) and check the differentiation.
final step would be come up with most promising Library of Biomaterials.
