This weapon used powerful muscle fibers to agitate a flexible membrane to produce an ear piecing wave of sonic energy. Sometimes referred to as the "Banshee gun" by Alliance forces the Shrieker was revered for it's ability to harm heavily armored, shielded and other exotically protected targets. At worst it would give biological targets momentary deafness and at best it could shatter or liquify bodies. The one big drawback was the long refractory period in between shots, this was needed to give the flexible membrane time to "rest". This weapon was affected by adrenal packs and they also required someking of liquid or gas medium to prorogate the sonic wave.

Could break up to power armour. Needed to charge for 3 seconds for a 2 second blast of sound.
Spewer
Could shatter up to a tank. Needed 10 seconds to charge for 5 seconds of fire. Could also be swept across a platoon worth of troops.
Lancer
Could shatter up to a light mecha. Needed 20 seconds to charge for 10 seconds of sound. Could be used to sweep a cross a company of troops.
