A scheming creature, always lurking in the shadows until it is time to strike. Smaller then the other unchained, this entity should not be underestimated as it has the sophistication to alter reality with a snap of its fingers. Seems to have a preference for consuming dragon type creatures as observed by the offerings it receives. Not much else is known except that it is always scheming unknowable plans in the background of any civilization of notable size.

Occurrence: Always present (omnipresence?)

Location: Any planet or dimension

Stages of emergence and egress:

1. Suspicious activities not considered normal. This happens on any planet of any size or civilization level.

2. General sense of chaos and despair. Usually wide spread across an entire planet.

   1. Dead body of large beast suddenly appears.

3. A glimpse or two of the Grinning Man planet wide.

-Observe for any strange or unusual events

-Keep military bases on high alert if civil unrest increases

-Prepare for any situation if possible.
