G.A.M.

An ingenious attempt at replicating faust technology, the GAM (Guided Assault Missile) was a multi-use weapon. Once launched the GAM went thru 4 phases:

A) The cluster munition on the sides of the missiles expelled outwards and then exploded. This softened up any armored or shielded opponent as well as destroying lesser pawn like enemies. One explosive cube was powerful enough to take out a Star Hornet in one blast.

B)The primary war head was then armed and was fired at the largest, high priority target. The warhead should be sufficient enough to deal with anything smaller then a Typhoon armour.

C)For anything left alive three remote mass driver pods would fly out and destroy anything remaining. These gun pods had limited range (50 km) and shots (10 each) but should be sufficent for most situations.

D)Lastly the GAM body housed 2 destructive devices. A plasma charged lancer and a special heavy armour breaker. These last two components would lie in wait until the next unwary group approached. They would then soften the toughest target for the next GAM.

In practice the GAM proved to every bit as deadly as any weapon system concieved though combat endurance wise they were no better then any seeking missile when compared to a faust.

Overall a good first attempt by the Golden Hemogeny at a stable remote attack device.
