Development history
With humanity now on the offensive against its various enemies, it now needed more units then the 1000 Sturmtiger and the handful of SDSC it had at its disposal. Though extremely capable of wiping out large sections of the universe, 1000 Sturmtigers were not deemed enough to insure humanities complete and total victory. Using the recovered Grand Arms Chronos and the mass production science and techniques “borrowed” from the Grand Alliance the Grand Arms force “rewrote” their history (at the sacrifice of the pilot of Grand Arms Chronos who unfortunately died of time displacement disorder) and with this knowledge, created many various, powerful, mass produced units. Now able to produce units at a much quicker rate then before humanities history was rewritten (at least in the Grand Arms Universe) where humanity reigned all supreme… It was only an act of divine providence that prevented the wider spread of this xenophobic crusade to other dimensions…
Developed to insure total victory this destroid unit was a one-unit multi-planetary suppression unit. Able to utterly overwhelm several planets at the same time this unit came close to even the power of the highly venerated Sturmtiger. Able to be produced in a astonishing 2 months this unit soon flooded the depths of space with their awesome power. Typically Konigskampfers would be sent to systems deemed not worthy of a visit from a Sturmtiger, needlessly backed up by Wunderpanzers, Jagdgespensts, SDSC and other destroid units most system could only put up a token effort at fighting.
This unit was developed with the philosophy of strategically changing a battlefield thru firepower and multi-unit attack capability. To this end the Konigskampfer had as much faust and guns that it could carry. Resorting to pocket space technology to pack everything in. Seen as a brutish energy and faust spamming unit it still proved that sometimes the simplest solutions were the best.

Ranged:
Planet destroying class
Showing the very serious nature of this unit it was equipped with no less then 5 types of guns able to destroy a planet! While not all the guns were equal in power the requirement was that if given an hour that the weakest of these guns could destroy a planet. Typically aimed at major targets including planets these guns did not do shame to there classification of planet destroying.
Main gun: This cannon fired out highly heated and pressured Kampfer crystals. The blast of this gun attacked targets at the reality level and destroyed their bonds at this level. This meant any target would suffer catastrophic damage that could not be repaired. Only a psychic shield could block this effect (not for very long however) and the theoretical though never made reality reinforced armour. This fearsome weapon needed 2 minutes between firing to charge up and had both great range and blast radius.
Secondary Gun: Both a faust and a mighty gun emplacement this weapon showed the versatility of the Konigskampfer. A usual tactic was to fire this faust off right away so that it could release its full potential. While it was powerful attached to the main body it had a reduced range, got in the way of the battle arms, and had an increased cooling time. Detached it could spread its radiator wings, cooling vents and tail (The tail acted to increase the temperature difference between the head and the tip of the tail. This in turn drove a heat driven engine, which would help, in the cooling process.) Greatly increasing its firing rate. Now free to unleash its full potential this faust could snipe targets at a incredible range and acted to spread the destructive firepower of the Konigskampfer. The only other weapons were 2 smaller beam saber/ energy cannons only capable of wiping out a fleet in one shot! This actually meant that this faust was extremely vulnerable to swarm/ kamikaze tactics. Its shielding was only to the class of a frigate so it was also not very durable. It was wise to escort this faust with other faust.
Tertiary gun to Quintanary gun: Nothing really special with these guns other then many more energy spamming devices. Mounted on the shoulder, chest and mouth respectively these weapons made sure that the Konigskampfer was well covered from any angle.
Armada destroying class
Only good enough to be considered armada destroying these weapons were used for secondary targets. Still powerful enough to make many flag ships jealous these weapons made any enemy thing twice about getting closer if the bigger guns failed to do this. The only weapons of real note were the Kampfer enforcers, which could pivot quickly and accurately on the complicated shoulder joint. Fairly powerful they also had the hidden ability of being able to act as faust thanks to recovered Count Deathspecter technology which could make a destroid unit disassemble all its body parts to act as faust. Though not widely used on the Konigskampfer this technology enabled many hidden surprise for any unwary foe.
Battle arm weapon attachments
These mighty arms when not blocked by the Gun Dragons could add some fearsome close range punch to this unit literally! Able to crush and rip apart capital ships, they could also fire out rocket punch style for an added surprise. It this was not enough it could call weapons from its own pocket dimension. Though it could only use these weapons once (due to limited room for ammounition) they added some heavy punch. The War blade was used for some close range slicing and dicing action.
Faust
1.The simplest of the Konigskampfer faust, this “small” faust was the size of a small spacefighter. It acted as a ramming faust and it could also assume a secondary star configuration. When 4 of these faust combined into star configuration they acted as a much deadlier kinetic weapon.
2.Slightly bigger and more deadly this faust was armed with beam edges. Combined into spear configuration it could generate a deadly piercing spear that could gut most heavy mecha.
3.Both a ramming faust and a energy cannon faust. Combined in glaive configuration it could form a beam drill that could bore thru the toughest capital ships or small asteroids if need be. In glaive configuration it could also fire blast that were approaching armada destroying levels.
4.Approaching frigate size these faust were very few in number. They were however deadly enough to make up for their lack of quantity. They were first and foremost ramming faust that could cut thru capital ships like the overused hot knife thru butter analogy. Better yet they could reinforce their edges with beam to make this job easier. Lastly they could fire out powerful beams, which could wipe out any lesser enemy smaller then a full sized battle ship. They also had the added ability of both beam and projectile nullification fields and an ftl drive. A very hard faust to run away from.
5.One of the pride and joy of the Konigskampfer faust compliment the Ripper faust as it was known was a extremely deadly tool to be used against anyone foolish enough to stand toe to toe with the Konignskampfer. It was equipped defensivly with shielding and armouring equal or better then a SDSC destroid unit. Its main function was to impale enemies, this would generally destroy anything smaller then a full “super” weapon type capital ship. If the target survived the ripper faust could open up and further damage the target, this usually was enough to bisect most targets. It this was not enough it had beam guns mounted all along the inside edge of the two blades and these could be fired with enough power to wipe out small fleets. The Ripper could finally project a beam blade large enough to wipe out fleets in one swing, guaranteed to cut thru small moons or asteroids it was the largest beam blade the Konigskampfer possessed. If after all this destruction the target was still alive… the Konigskampfer still had many more deadly surprises in store.
6.A very “small” (it was still the size of a small space fighter) energy gun equipped faust. Also one of the simplest faust the Konigskampfer possessed.
7.Slightly larger then the extra small faust this faust was also equipped with a beam gun. This beam gun however could fire multiple versions of practically every Grand Arms beam gun ever made. These ranged from simple plasma beams, and heat beams, all the way to more exotic beams such as Koniglich disabling ray and Chrono time acceleration ray.
8.A multi functioning faust this faust could both act as a deadly ramming faust (reinforced with a graviton generator to increase the impact beyond what was physically capable with its size) and an energy spamming faust (a gun equivalent in power flag ships main gun).
9.Packing a ton of guns this faust had as much firepower as some small fleets. It had a powerful positron cannon, which opened up to fire. Used mainly for its heavy suppressive fire capability. Equipped with a giga level magnetic torroid barrier generator and an ftl drive.
10. This faust was the knockout punch of the sphere shaped faust. Only a single faust was loaded stored deep in the body of the Konigskampfer. Once released this faust had the gravimetric punch of a black hole. This meant that it could smash a small planet in one blow. It had a beam gun powerful enough to wipe out fleets in one shot. Equipped with the thickest of armouring and shielding systems to make many lesser destroid units jealous it was a very powerful faust. It rounded this ability off with extremely fast speed and an ftl drive.
11.Because of Count Deathspecter derived technology any part of the Konigskampfer could potentially become a deadly weapon. The most surprising of these body parts was the crotch region. In mecha design this part of the body is mostly ignore other then as the junction between the leg joints. However since every part was deemed necessary to become a weapon even this area was made into a weapon. Boasting firepower equivalent to a flagships of a space navy this crotch rocket faust was disturbingly very powerful.
12.The primary energy shield generators of Konigskampfer these faust were purely defensive. In their inactive states they could generate powerful planes of defensive power. However they could not project these fields any farther then the main body. In their active states they could fly to support the Konigskampfer’s faust army. Their “arms” could project out fields over a wider area then their inactive state. This allowed for the Konigskampfer to have a very powerful defensive option when durability and the ability to take punishment were more important then raw damage.
13.The rear “butt” of the Konigskampfer stored many of the extra small faust. Able to detach and fly at enemies this body part just continued on the surprise tactics the Konigskampfer had at its arsenal. As durable as the main body this body part could act as a supplementary carrier in a pinch.
15.Acting as supplementary guns in there inactive form, these faust could also unleash great combat potential when detached like the Gun Dragon faust. Hidden behind the massive shoulders of the Konigskampfer only the armed Gunhead faust had their bigger weapon equipped heads exposed. Canting them over they could add their own firepower to the many guns of the Konigskampfer. Detached they could now more freely bring there many guns (in addition to the weapon head they also had 2 smaller firing guns as well as a more powerful “stinger” cannon) to bear against the enemy. Not only did they have some massive punch but melee wise they had powerful clamp arms that could rend small frigates in a second. Rounding off their ability was a shield generator similar to the ones used by the shield squire faust. 2 Gunheads had to work together to project a defensive screen but with 12 Gunhead faust this meant many more combat options. They usually served as the lieutenants of the Konigskampfer faust army.

Stored in the inner body of the Konigskampfer.
The brutal muscle of the Konigskampfer army this faust served to provide the close range punch necessary for some task. Some situations could not be so easily fixed by spamming beam after beam; they sometimes required a powerful punch instead. The morning star weapon was potent enough to smash the toughest of enemies in one swing, and if this was not enough they also released a powerful emp pulse with each swing. If the enemy were shielded against emps then the electrical surge would still conduct thru metal mecha and electrocute the pilot if he was not lucky enough. The guns added the ranged punch but were mainly used to soften enemies up. Almost as durable as the main body this faust could wade thru the thickest fire leading Konigskampfer faust into battle. If all else failed it could launch its black hole bomb and clear an area.

The “second in command” for the Konigskampfer’s faust army this was the most advanced and powerful faust in the Konigskampfer arsenal. Its main gun was derived from object omega technology and was therefore extremely powerful despite its small size. It could serve as a backup planet-destroying weapon if all the main guns of the Konigskampfer were somehow disabled. Able to wield awesome offensive power with its various smaller guns and faust it could serve to dominate a planet if the Konigskampfer was busy with other task. A powerful strategic weapon it could handle most threats by itself. It too could serve as a back up shield generator like the shield squire faust of Gunhead faust. Its own faust of note were the bayonet faust which acted as flying beam rifles/ beam spears. These faust stored 2 stiletto faust which acted as small beam guns and they too contained 4 yager faust to use. All in all a deadly faust on tap if a Konigskampfer needed to open up the whole can of whoop ass.
