The foundation for heavy crew served support weapons, weapon coffins and frame, and mecha weapon pods. These class of weapon pods could be modified for better range, more ammo capacity, or even better damage. Weapon pods of this class were anti-vehicles, anti-mecha and edging into the anti-shielded armor vehicle/ mecha territory.
1)Autocannon
Almost ubiquitous in use this 20 mm cannon was good for general use against almost anything. Fired at a rate of one shot a second and had a 40 round magazine.
2)Kabuto Gatling (10 mm)
300 round magazine
3)Rail Gun
Could easily go thru infantry fighting vehicles in one shot, was useful up to lightly shielded main battle tanks. Had a 200 round magazine and could fire at a rate of one shot a second.
4)Plasma Launcher
Could melt an unshielded tank in one shot. Had a 100 shot magazine and a fire rate of one shot a second.
5)Energy projector
Had a built in energy generator that could supply this pod with unlimited shots. Could fire in 50 round burst and then had to wait 20 seconds to recover to full. Good for up to frames. Had multiple fire modes.
6)Shock Cannon
The Alliance pride and joy when it came to weapons. Had a 500 round magazine. A two second burst could destroy most tanks, a 4 second burst could take out some shielded mecha.
7)Mega Havok launcher
An upsized Havok launcher with 4 reloads, had an effective range of 300 meters but the damage was the same.
8)Guided Missile pod
Range of 5 Km, needed a radar to paint a target, but was fire and forget after launch. Could take out a main battle tank in one shot.
9)Rocket Pod
4Km range, relied on a barrage of shots to overwhelm a target rather then a single powerful warhead. Could be used against tanks, bunker or any other hardened target.
10)Rocket Launcher
5 round magazine with 1 round already in the chamber. Able to take out a main battle tank in one shot, had a range of 2 Km.
11)Flak gun
7 round drum, could take out multiple harnesses in one shot.
12)Micro Missile pod
Had two reloads, 1 Km range and could be used against mixed groups of armor, powered infantry and vehicles.
