Protective Ward

Call “Imbue by [flavor trait] to store 2 uses of Protective Ward. For each use, touch the recipient and call “Grant 2 Protection by [flavor trait.]”

Second Circle Cheer Powers:

Greater Repulsion

A packet attack for “Repel by [attack trait.]”

Stave Off Death

Call out “By my voice, Stabilize by [flavor trait.]”

Third Circle Cheer Powers:

Spirit of Revelry

While in a Safe Place, put one hand over your heart and call “Imbue by [flavor trait.]” You become a spirit. You may move at a walking pace and deliver beneficial effects to others by touch, and may speak, but may take no other actions. You may not attack, and must keep one hand over your heart for the duration of the effect.You may remain a spirit for up to five minutes.

This effect ends prematurely if you rest or reset skills by any means, or if you move more than arm’s length from the Safe Place. If you are struck with an effect by Despair or Sorrow, an effect “to Spirit,” or a non-beneficial “by Your Name” or “by Gesture” effect (except Speak,) you take the effect and Spirit of Revelry ends.
