Proposition Position Paper
1. Go to www.ballotopedia.com and browse propositions 19-27
2. Choose one, read arguments of both sides, then choose one side
3. Write a "Position Paper" in which you say which state and support your side
4. Print it, get edits (from an adult and a student). Keep the edited copy.
5. Revise and reprint, staple final to edited draft.
6. Turn in by Thursday (Heu) or Friday (Stu)
