Watch this video to learn the three new vocabulary words for the week. Try to use each of them in a sentence! Share your sentence with your mom or dad, your babysitter, or even a stuffed animal! We will review these words again tomorrow before we listen to King of the Winds with Mrs. Colburn.

- Practice: Choose two or three of the leveled readers to practice with below. These get harder with each book, so let your child try the first two, and then the last one is the most advanced if they would like to try reading it. While reading, try to identify what transportation and vehicles you find in each story.
- May Do: Grab a book, a pencil, and a piece of paper. As you read, every time you come to a high frequency word (sight word) write that word on your paper. Make sure you are spelling your high frequency words correctly!!
