Media: Relief Printmaking

During this project I learned how to cut linoleum and I also learned how to use a printing press. The goal of this project was to make a series of prints and we would add a different color every time.

Media; Prismacolor

In this artwork I was trying to show everything that I have learned in the first semester. In this artwork I used different shades of a color to give it value and definition. The goal was to show off things that I learned in the first semester.

Media: Pencil, Sandpaper

This artwork was about showing different values by using pencil. I was trying to show 7 different shades in my artwork. I learned how to use sandpaper to create values. My goal was too have various values in the artwork to make it stand out.

Media: Prismacolor

In this artwork I was trying to show symbols. In this project I learned how to use a darker color to make something pop and not just have a pencil mark. The goal of this project was to show symbols.
