"Old Hat in the Old West"
Part of the Western Heritage Project
This project was done using a pencil for the hat and the landscape. Prismacolors were implemented to create the sunset for the backdrop.
Printmaking project
This was a project using the art of printmaking. It was made with ink using the color black red and blue. I carved out the linoleum to add layers of color.
"Paper Bag" (part of the paper series of artworks)
This piece was done using various lead types of pencils. Different techniques were used for the shading to show value in the artwork.
"Drawing Exercise"
This project was made at the beginning of the school year and it uses various pieces of paper like cards, book pages, and maps. Pencil and different markers are on top or behind the paper to create a sort of collage
"Folded paper"
Another artwork in the paper series
In this piece we were told to crinkle and fold a small sheet of paper, then draw it. Using various methods of shading, I used pencil to show the shadowy areas of the folded paper.
