Sketchbook
This artwork is very specific to me and because it shows what activities I like to do and my personality. I like that this artwork is a fingerprint because all fingerprints are different and this also correlates to art. Not everyone's art will look the same, but that is what makes it unique.
I chose these three pieces from my sketchbook because I believe that they were all pretty good artworks. All of these show some sort of value and good usage of color. The technique page that is below I thought was very interesting on how you can use pencils while creating a new piece of artwork.
Charcoal
My goal for this artwork was to be able to draw what was in front in the most detailed way possible.
I learned how to not make what I am looking at just look like it is flat on the page, but more 3D.
Charcoal
My goal for this artwork was to get better at drawing people more realistically.
I learned how to use charcoal for the first time and how to shade with it.
Paint and pencil
My goal for this was to use all of the composition rules while drawing 5 shoes.
I learned how to draw a shoe and how to be creative with just one color.
Color pencil, sharpie, pencil, highlighter, pen, and paper
My goal for this project was to draw 4 things from my backpack on a big piece of paper in the most creative way that I could.
